I had a great experience bringing my car in to this Big O tire shop. Rob the gentleman at the counter when I walked in was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this tire shop to others and I will be returning with any other tires problems I encounter in the future.

I called ahead of time and asked if I could get in for an oil change about 20 minutes prior to me arriving to the store, and they said they would get me right in! They took my truck back, and I had it back in about 20 minutes! The price I paid was extremely affordable for me, and it left me very happy!

They always ask if I want any additional service when rotating tires. Which means assurance that they are looking over the vehicle and note if there is a need for more service. Which I appreciate since I drive alone a lot and want the best performance with my vehicle

Amazing staff!!!

My husband and I were stranded 75 miles outside of Yuma without a spare and with a blown trailer tire on our way to Glamis. After calling the places our roadside assistance recommended and getting nowhere my husband called Big O in Yuma. The girl my husband spoke with was so sweet and even offered to stay until we made it there (it was close to their closing time). We ended up going to the other Big O and they were was sweet and helpful as she was (I really wish I was better at remembering names, sorry guys). They had us back on our way within an hour and even had a spare wheel for us to purchase to make sure we had a spare next time. Thank you so much for taking the time to be so helpful and kind. We are Big O client forever because of you all

They were very specific and got me the exact same tire they'd recommended last time. They apologized about the timex but I didn't even notice :)

They did a great job! Rob did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of the car. I would like to recommend they put a diaper changing station in their bathroom.

This Big Os is pretty quick and efficient.
