I had a great experience bringing my car in to this Big O tire shop. Rob the gentleman at the counter when I walked in was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this tire shop to others and I will be returning with any other tires problems I encounter in the future.

It was super easy to get an appointment. I did everything online and had it at the store the next day. It took about 20 minutes to rotate my tires and i was really happy with that.

I've been a Big-O customer for years. I believe in offering excellent customer service to those I serve. I receive the same service from your employees. I'm always greeted as I enter and acknowledged if they are busy with a customer.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. I also had some questions about new wheels and tires for a future purchase and I was able to get a lot of information and see options and I was unable to do that at other tire shops in the area. A customer came in who was very irate and the associates remained calm as they attempted to find a fix for his problem.

Josh was great and very personable. After my alignment check I had another concern and Josh was quick to take care of it. I have already referred customers to your locations.

They always ask if I want any additional service when rotating tires. Which means assurance that they are looking over the vehicle and note if there is a need for more service. Which I appreciate since I drive alone a lot and want the best performance with my vehicle

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and explained the entire process of alignment with me. I needed additional work and they explained what was needed. The estimates appear to be very reasonable. I appreciate the effort to ensure that my vehicle runs at its optimal.

Smooth. Everything as expected

My husband and I were stranded 75 miles outside of Yuma without a spare and with a blown trailer tire on our way to Glamis. After calling the places our roadside assistance recommended and getting nowhere my husband called Big O in Yuma. The girl my husband spoke with was so sweet and even offered to stay until we made it there (it was close to their closing time). We ended up going to the other Big O and they were was sweet and helpful as she was (I really wish I was better at remembering names, sorry guys). They had us back on our way within an hour and even had a spare wheel for us to purchase to make sure we had a spare next time. Thank you so much for taking the time to be so helpful and kind. We are Big O client forever because of you all

Ease of walking in and having Tpms sensors changed in a very prompt time. Very courteous staff very clean and tidy shop and lobby

They did a great job! Rob did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of the car. I would like to recommend they put a diaper changing station in their bathroom.

Extremely friendly, great with job well done, best customer service and experience I have ever had. I recommended to my brother that he come in and do this for me and when he brought my truck back he was full of compliments about Big O, that he would consider heavily to bring his vehicles there from now on.
