Big O Tires

I have always have great service when going into the shop. The bathroom, could probably be a little cleaner. Keep up the great service!

I have been to other locations and this one is the only one that doesn’t damage my wheels during replacement or service, they are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The attendant took me in as a walk in and service the truck replacing brakes, rotors and calibrated the tire to specific. Before proceeding to work in the truck, they called and explained what needed to be done. Gave us recommendations and prices!

Luis was very professional & courteous. They were very very busy and each service writer took their time with each client, myself included. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. Waiting is difficult some times. But totally worth it at this store.

The sales person was great. I have had a couple of unpleasant experiences with big O in northern Ca and vowed to never return. I stopped in because of a promotion you have and this guy changed my mind and decided to give Big O another try. I am very satisfied with my experience at your store.

We are from up north and have always used one brand of tire. So, the salesman suggested something else, and I checked it out. My brand did have problems in this hot climate. I looked the other brand over and went with his suggestion. Time will tell how they hold up but so far, they are great. I also wanted to see my spare. The service area personnel took me out in the shop, and it was a temporary tire. I have a truck and want to change the temp. for a real tire and wheel. The service people suggested how I could do that the most economical way.

I was taken care of immediately. I will always use Big O for my needs.

Overall good service, pricing and wait time.

Went for oil change/tire rotation. Had issue when I picked up but resolved quickly.

I was there early and got in and out in no time.

We dropped off our Hyundai Sonata for a tire rotation which we had a coupon for and had the service department put in nitrogen in our tires. Excellent service by all the workers. We have 4 cars and always bring them to Big O.
