I have always have great service when going into the shop. The bathroom, could probably be a little cleaner. Keep up the great service!

It was super easy to get an appointment. I did everything online and had it at the store the next day. It took about 20 minutes to rotate my tires and i was really happy with that.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. I also had some questions about new wheels and tires for a future purchase and I was able to get a lot of information and see options and I was unable to do that at other tire shops in the area. A customer came in who was very irate and the associates remained calm as they attempted to find a fix for his problem.

Luis was very professional & courteous. They were very very busy and each service writer took their time with each client, myself included. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. Waiting is difficult some times. But totally worth it at this store.

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and explained the entire process of alignment with me. I needed additional work and they explained what was needed. The estimates appear to be very reasonable. I appreciate the effort to ensure that my vehicle runs at its optimal.

We dropped off our Hyundai Sonata for a tire rotation which we had a coupon for and had the service department put in nitrogen in our tires. Excellent service by all the workers. We have 4 cars and always bring them to Big O.

Over all experience was good but your Service Advisor Juan Lopez is the best I have ever seen and I am 85 years old. He is great with everyone no matter now rude the customer may be. I was listening to him the whole time I was waiting for my car and he is excellent at his job!!!
