Big O Tires

I am a customer of more than 50 years (I hope I have that right). In those years I have purchased more than 15 sets of tires. I raised two sons who also have become Big O customers as well. I have put my trust in Big O many times. So when I thought that I may have come to a bumpy road I feared that my trust in Big O would be jeopardized. Armed only with my experience, I set off to see what would be done about my complaint. Within 5 minutes of speaking with whom I believe was the manager on duty that day, my problem was solved. With my faith in Big O restored I left your store fully satisfied. The solution came so easily you might say there never was a problem. Thank you, everyone at Big O for your never ending service. I was helped immediately and the young man who worked on me car was very friendly and professional. Work was completed in a very timely fashion and was done right.

I have not needed tires for a number of years however I recently had to replace my factory tires and immediately stopped at Big O tires because over the years I have had some issues with my car tires from air pressure to flats. Each and every time the folks at Big O took the time to help me out and fix my car problems often without any charges. So when it came time to replace my tires Big O was my first and only stop to replace my tires and as usual I receive great service and good out the door price on four new tires, as well as being helped with getting rebates and submitting the paperwork for the rebates. In conclusion the past efforts on my behalf by Big O where sorta rewarded by my being loyal and giving them my business when needed, since they where always so nice to me.

Hoping the tires that I needed were in stock and it happened that there were enough in stock to get two new tires that I needed.

The attendant took me in as a walk in and service the truck replacing brakes, rotors and calibrated the tire to specific. Before proceeding to work in the truck, they called and explained what needed to be done. Gave us recommendations and prices!
