Two free tires

Had a dead truck battery with no other means of transportation. Called Big O and Mike had JB come over and replace the battery within an hour. Both of these men had very positive and helpful attitudes and you could tell they know customer service. Thank you Big O Team and especially Mike and JB for your service and going the extra step to take of my situation. Very impressed.

We are from up north and have always used one brand of tire. So, the salesman suggested something else, and I checked it out. My brand did have problems in this hot climate. I looked the other brand over and went with his suggestion. Time will tell how they hold up but so far, they are great. I also wanted to see my spare. The service area personnel took me out in the shop, and it was a temporary tire. I have a truck and want to change the temp. for a real tire and wheel. The service people suggested how I could do that the most economical way.

We were in an accident in CA 3 weeks ago on our trip from WA. As suspected, your guys noted "flat spots" on front tires, caused by skidding - locked brakes. After replacing 4 worn rear tires, we noticed a pronounced "thumping" while driving. Your people took a test drive with me and put the truck on the hoist to check the new tires. They appear ot be ok. The alignment check showed the left ball joint needs replacing, before alignment. We had the right one replaced just before our trip. At that time, apparently the left was O.K.?? It's hard to imagine the left one went bad in just 2,000 miles?? I'm wondering if our collision may have caused this, although, the wheels weren't touched. We'll have you do the ball joint, etc. but I'd like a possible explanation for this occurring. I'm checking with our home shop, Les Schwab, also. Thank you, Nelson M Tompkins 303 249 3740

A year or so ago I upgraded the tires and wheels on my cargo trailer. When I put the trailer into storage I put the original tires back on the trailer

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I went in with a flat tire which they fixed for free. I have been needing tires and they told me about SNAP!. I qualified and was able to get 4 new tires with ease and peace of mind.

I'm from Northeast so your prices were double what I paid at my car dealership and other tire places there. I normally paid $50 to $60 for tire change (all 4, seasonal change). Here I paid $120. Service great, price too high!
