Big O Tires

They seem fairly honest & dependable but need to take better care of our elders

First of all I've been in the customer service field for 38 years. I know good quality service when I see it. And thats what I seen today. The manager Josh at the foothills location is a great customer service provider. He was informative. Friendly. And quick to respond! All qualities I look for in a business. But I was extremely impressed with an interaction he had with another customer. I feel he went above and beyond to help his customer. He even called another tire business to discuss the issue he was having to help out the customer...wow who does that these days...big o tires does! You bet I will be back for all my tire and car service needs! I'm impressed! Thank you for hiring qreat employees such as Josh! And please tell him I said that! He needs to know he is appreciated!

Had an alignment performed on my truck, then signed up for a three year alignment service.

All was good 👍.

I impressed to know that the person that really help me with my problem was the owner!!! Good to know he has his stays on top of his business and cares about his customer service!!!

brought a flat tire in for repair, asked if I would like to wait or pick it up later, chose later, when I went back it was ready and the price for the repair was lower than I had expected. Good service, good work, friendly employees.

Customer service super polite came out and told me I needed the tires it wasn’t just an alignment and I was highly suspicious I needed tires so service took a little longer but it was explained that it had to go to a different day so I was very satisfied and I have purchased tires from takeout twice before
