Great service, got me in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Miss Jeff... he was the one that converted me to Big-O. Your current staff has done well though.

brought a flat tire in for repair, asked if I would like to wait or pick it up later, chose later, when I went back it was ready and the price for the repair was lower than I had expected. Good service, good work, friendly employees.

Customer service super polite came out and told me I needed the tires it wasn’t just an alignment and I was highly suspicious I needed tires so service took a little longer but it was explained that it had to go to a different day so I was very satisfied and I have purchased tires from takeout twice before

Big O has been doing my vehicle service for years now. Location is convenient, staff is professional, easy to communicate with, they’re honest and upfront about my vehicles needs. They make it easier to have my vehicle serviced there.

I went in for a alignment and it turned out I didn’t need one. I knew I needed brakes and they got me an appt the next day. I was taken care of with no problems.
