2 tires went bad (separated belts) were replaced under warranty

I went to Big O because the warning light came on telling me that my left driver side tire was very low. The service tech greeted me right away and when he looked at the tire he saw that there was a screw in the tire. He immediately get me in to the queue to be taken care of. I did not have to wait long for the tire to be fixed. I was informed ahead of time of what this would cost. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely consider going here again.

The personal attention from Sophia, Korina and Jeff is exactly the Professionalism, Knowledge and Customer Assistance I EXPECT. This reminds me of the Old Fashion Service I use to get back-in-the-day. After my choice of tires and service, I made the appointment, they took my car in on time and sure, I had to wait about 1-1/2 hrs but that was to be expected considering the work they had to accomplish. Yes, I will recommend this Big O tire shop. They work so hard and as a TEAM doing the right things for the customer. My only comment is: Keep you the GREAT Customer Service and Work! You were all GREAT!

I didn't had an appointment for the tire service I needed done, was explain by office manager to show up at opening time the next day, and he would see what could be done and he also explained to promises or guarantee I would be seen. After all 8am appt showed up, I was explained of a cancelation and I would be fit in. I wad told it be a 45 minute wait once the car was taken into the shop and approximately half hour before they actually took it back, which was the approximate time told. I am very satisfied with the service. Aaron was very professional in doing his job, I am very pleased with him.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff members. They treated me and everyone who came in with full attention and total customer service. In addition, they will not sell to you what you don't need, and do not charge for every service they actually perform while installing new tires. I will definitely return to Big O.

Got what I needed and expected

I've been doing business with you for about 20 years and plan to continue. I'm not very happy with the Cooper Discoverer tires I bought from you. At less than 20,000 miles they are almost worn out. For a 50,000 mile tire, that is very poor. What happened to Jeff? He was my favorite service person. Jesus and Ian seem to be great.

Everyone was friendly and explain everything to me. Called me when they had questions and to let me know my vehicle was ready. Very great and helpful staff

I had a good experience with numerous staff and no problem with what I needed. It was an unusual problem but they had no trouble helping me. Cost was exactly as quoted. I will return when I'm in need of good mechanics. Thank you guys.

made appointment for 3 o'clock for tire rotation , came at agreed time , truck was immediately serviced as per request , staff was friendly and overall professional in my opinion .

My tire had a small bolt in it and was leaking slowly. The tire was fixed and the job was done.

Consistent quality and friendly service

I was impressed with the friendliness of all the people that I talked with! Was attended to before my scheduled time which was a real plus for the Yuma area, most places I always have to wait! Which always gets under my skin. I only wanted my tires rotated and they checked all the fluids in my car and also fixed my loose battery, very impressed! Thank you for your service!

I was greater right away. The entire staff was friendly. My wait time was explained to me. I went in for a tire puncture and they were able to repair it same day. I was there for about 90 minutes.
