The staff had my vehicle done in a timely fashion although I was picking it much later. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will be back again. I look forward to sharing my experiences!

Great fast service

I've always gotten good service there. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their service. The one thing I missed was the ride to and from my home when having to leave my vehicle. This time that wasn't needed, but that is a great service.

Excellent service, prompt service

Upon entering Big O, the Service Associates acknowledged me immediately. They were extremely professional and so kind. The mechanic Jeremy who serviced my brakes was the most knowledgeable and kindest mechanic I ever met. He explained the issues regarding the brake service required for my car and ensured me I was in good hands. I waited for the work to be done and it was exactly the time originally estimated it would take to complete the job. The store was very comfortable and welcoming as well. The bill was explained to me thoroughly and it was fair. I didn't feel cheated or left feeling unsatisfied. I enjoyed the conversation with all of the workers and will definitely return to this specific BIG O Tire location in Yuma for my next service which is an oil change and battery check. Thanks guys for taking care of my car needs! These employees should be highly rewarded for representing BIG O Tires in such a great manner.

Even though a quote for entire repair had to be increased after I left the car, they still tried to make it reasonable by discounting. Problem was that they didn't realize initially that entire dash had to be removed to replace a door diverter.

Had to have a Cooper tire replaced after 30 days do to a Crack along the rim, looked like the tire machine could have done it

They did a great job changing my cars oil and it was fast

I wasn't paying attention to the cleanliness of the place. JJ took really good care of me wasn't looking around for dirt in the floor.

I had an amazing experience. Rob and Katrina kept us updated on the status of our truck for the AC repairs. It took longer than expected but they made sure the fix was perfect and it was well worth the wait. Also huge shout out to the mechanic who made sure the truck was running at 100%.
