Did a good job and they did it in a timely manner. Dropped my tire off and they changed it very quickly. The price wasn’t bad

My tires blew out and I was towed to Big O for tires and alignment. I ended up having a bent part and had to keep the car there over the weekend. They made sure my car was safe to drive and even stayed late so I could come back with my rental car to get my Christmas gifts and luggage out of my car.

They promptly took care of my flat tire.

They said it would take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I was in and out in 35 minutes!

Price was a bit steep but so is everything else now days

I really like the people at the store on S. Frontage. They are friendly, always greet you with a smile and so whatever they can to help you. Marina has helped me on numerous occasions and even though there have been times when I did not like what she told me, she still made sure I understood what she was telling me and why it had to be done. They have even stayed open late in order for my needs to be met within my time frame.

Six tires 250/70R22.5 were mounted and balanced on my motorhome in two hours.

Had an oil change and they found a bad s-belt and changed it. fixed a bad valve stem that was causing a slow leak. Got me in and out quickly.

I am a case master certified mechanic ( semi retired) The work was done within repair guide times. Mechanic did clean work I checked. Could've spent a little more time on my caster camber split. But hey , skill levels vary. Overall I would recommend this mechanic and location

I stopped in, dropped off my tire that was leaking and it was repaired within 15 minutes. Went to get food while waiting and received a call just before I finished eating.
