My tires blew out and I was towed to Big O for tires and alignment. I ended up having a bent part and had to keep the car there over the weekend. They made sure my car was safe to drive and even stayed late so I could come back with my rental car to get my Christmas gifts and luggage out of my car.

I really like the people at the store on S. Frontage. They are friendly, always greet you with a smile and so whatever they can to help you. Marina has helped me on numerous occasions and even though there have been times when I did not like what she told me, she still made sure I understood what she was telling me and why it had to be done. They have even stayed open late in order for my needs to be met within my time frame.

We found the staff at all levels to be very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the representative’s recommendation for tires we purchased. Work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Had an oil change and they found a bad s-belt and changed it. fixed a bad valve stem that was causing a slow leak. Got me in and out quickly.
