Very good service and very friendly staff

While traveling to our family reunion in CA, we limped in to your store with rear wheel bearings grinding like no tomorrow! The service was excellent, and we were in and out in a few hours. What made this exceptional was not only were we comfortable, the rest rooms were clean and we were offered water and coffee; but when we asked for directions to a nearby fast food place while we waited so we could save some time on our trip, the staff drove me to Subway and waited while I ordered and brought me back! Saved a walk on a hot day and was really a blessing to us! Thank you!

I am a case master certified mechanic ( semi retired) The work was done within repair guide times. Mechanic did clean work I checked. Could've spent a little more time on my caster camber split. But hey , skill levels vary. Overall I would recommend this mechanic and location

The service provided was excellent. Customer service people were friendly and courteous. They fixed our flat tire and we were on our way to Las Vegas and didn't have to worry.

I stopped in, dropped off my tire that was leaking and it was repaired within 15 minutes. Went to get food while waiting and received a call just before I finished eating.

I had a tire that had a small nail in it I had been putting air in it for a couple weeks thought I was loosing air because of the heat we have here in Yuma when I looked close I saw a small nail went to Big O on south frontage they took care of the problem was very pleased with the service the wait was about hour and a half.

About 5 miles on interstate heading for Mexico when tire warning came on. U Turn and headed for Big O. Without an appointment, was placed in line and back on the road in about an hour... Cost??? Zilch as I purchased the tires from them. Can't beat this service. Thx

The scheduling was very simple and the employee treated me very friendly just like a fellow neighbor. They were already waiting for me to show for my alignment and it was way quicker than expected to complete. Will definitely return to this location again.

Timely handling of my repairs

We had a tire blow out in the desert about 80 miles from Yuma. Two people suggested Big O Tires and when we arrived Jesus (thank you Jesus) took care of us with a new tire in about 30 minutes, plus he has a great sense of humor.. Edwina

Service technicians were helpful and clearly explained what needed to be done. Found out that my big o credit card was no longer available because of inactivity, and tech offered me the opportunity to apply for a new one.
