I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly staff, and they took my car back to work on it in a short time. They did the job quickly and my car was then returned to me. I was a happy camper.

One of the service writers actually remembered my full name even though I haven't been in there in months. All team members are friendly and knowledgeable. Never charged for unneeded work, noone ever tries to push for non-necessities.

The service reps know me already since I go there quite a bit. Friendly and clean. Answers all my questions and issues.

My family and I were on our way back from San Diego to Phoenix when we experienced a flat. We were a bit panicked because we needed to pick up our dog that was boarded in Phoenix by 5 due to the holiday. Rob and the entire staff were so quick and kind to help us out and get us back on the road. They even gave us a ride to get something to eat while we waited for the car because my kids hadn't eaten lunch yet. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and the way we were treated.

Service used to be great but then it declined but now new management as return the service experience to a high level again. Thanks so much

several days before my purchase I asked about pricing and was given a full print out for all charges and shown the tire I was buying, so there were no hiden fees. Just about the only shop that did that.
