I have always been impressed with Big O Tires and we go there regularly. People there are friendly and quick and work hard to be accommodating.

Tires way out of balance- now smooth ride.

I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get my car in very quickly for an emissions test. The test was completed in a timely manner and I received a call to let me know my car was ready within only thirty minutes. We have used this location multiple times for a variety of services and I have found them to be communicative, fair, and professional.

Ryan was very friendly, found my appointment without issues, confirmed stock availability of the tires I had listed on my appointment, and got right to work. I also needed to add a state emissions test once I got there, and there was no problem adding that. Ryan offered me the extra warranty on the tires, which I accepted.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received the day of my purchase. From the researched cold call in the day inquiring about specific products to final transaction & warranty description. The staff was very kind & helpful, despite the busy incoming traffic- were able to professionally help all that arrived for service in a timely manner. What brought me into the store as opposed to other tire businesses?- the person who answered the phone & questions. Pricing, specials e.g. rebates were similar but the Big "O" representative made my selection very easy in deciding where I should get new tires for my ride. Outstanding work!

Good work. Should buy more than one grease gun to grease bearings. Was hard to find grease gun. Tire are still on, and we are half way to Ontario Canada. Good job!
