I was on way to Cali for work when my truck started shaking. I knew it was my tire. I called several places but No one had my tire in stock, not even Wal-Mart. When I called big o tires Rob answered, he was very helpful and eager to do what her could to help. Big O tires had my tire in stock! I went in and was helped immediately. Rob did what he could to help me get a good tire at a reasonable price and In No time i was on the road. I wish more ppl cared about helping others as much as they did. Shout out to Rob n Jose... This was the 2nd flat on my brand new car. The first time it was in an area that could not be repaired. Being a recent widow and totally uninformed as to how to deal with anything mechanical, they took care of me. They could have sold me a brand new $500 tire. But instead, the store rep called the Michelin Tire guy (tire only had 500 miles on it) and they replaced the tire for free. I paid a few $$ for mounting and balancing is all. Fast forward to Thursday. I woke up to another flat. This time they were able to patch it for me. So instead of taking advantage of me by selling me another $500 tire, they fixed it for $20. I trust these guys there. (I use the term guys to include both the men and women there.) Now I know why my husband used to take his vehicles there for all auto repairs. Thank you, Guys!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made it easy for me to select the right wheels I wanted and made sure to notify me when they got them delivered. They were very helpful in making sure I had the right lug nuts and lug nut adapter that I'll need in case I need to take them off. They were also really quick! I was expecting it to take a lot longer than it did since I just dropped by when they called me and didn't schedule an actual appointment but I was in probably 30-45 minutes or so. They also had the best selection of wheels available. I had looked elsewhere but nobody except them had the right kind of wheel I was after. They were also really good at following all the CDC guidelines and all wearing masks and taking all the proper precautions as well so that made me feel even more comfortable being there. Definitely will be going back to there again in the future. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

When I went into the shop I was quickly greeted by an associate. I explained what I wanted and he asked a few follow up questions. I told him that I was in no hurry at all and that I expected it to take a bit. They called about 30 minutes later. I was very impressed with how quickly they got it done and also communicated with me that it was complete. The price was lower than what I expected. Because I also have this type of experience every time I come in I will always be bringing my vehicles back for everything from oil changes to engine repair. Awesome place!
