When I went into the shop I was quickly greeted by an associate. I explained what I wanted and he asked a few follow up questions. I told him that I was in no hurry at all and that I expected it to take a bit. They called about 30 minutes later. I was very impressed with how quickly they got it done and also communicated with me that it was complete. The price was lower than what I expected. Because I also have this type of experience every time I come in I will always be bringing my vehicles back for everything from oil changes to engine repair. Awesome place!

I went to the store in Lehi, Utah, not a store in Arizona. Not sure why the store number didn't come up with the correct store. I love my Big O. I feel like the employees are friendly and efficient.

It was actually the Big O Tires in Lehi, UT. Another auto place told me it would cost me $800!! I called big o and asked them to give me a second opinion. They got the price down to $350 and make sure to tell me exactly what I needed done.
