I dropped my car off and they fixed the flat tire. No issues.

The customer service was great! They were actually pretty fast! Faster then I thought they'd be! And the work was great! They did exactly what I expected and what i thought they'd do. All around.... Great job!

Sam is a rude person needs to learn how to treat customers not to treat people as if we are asking for a hand out we are paying customers requesting service for our vehicle for a price. As for the alignment technicians are awesome.

Customer service was quick and easy. They got our tie rods and tires done a day earlier than expected. The alignment is still a little off but they were happy to get me in to take care of it.

The guy that waited on me was anything but friendly. Talked down to me.

This visit was to correct some problems tied to a recent prior visit. Alignment usually take more than 10 minutes. This one didn't. The steering wheel was 3 inches off center. The printout had mostly red spec boxes indicating adjustments were not correct. One wheel weight fell of in my driveway when I washed the slimy slick stuff off the tires. One rim has a full circle scrape from the tire machine sliding a balance weight all the way around while removing the old tire. The tire mechanic may not even realize he did it. I was charged for nitrogen after I declined it at the time of writing the sale up. At this visit I was credited that charge. The alignment was redone. The tires all got rebalanced. I did not persue a correction of the scratched rim. All of the employees were very polite and stepped right up to the plate. I am a retired mechanic that ran a Police department shop for years. I know things happen.
