I did an appointment online. I liked how they called to confirm. They staff was very friendly and I didn't feel like just another customer but a friend. The waiting area for very big and very clean. They were able to get my information from another Big O Tire location in another city tranferred. I definitely will be returning in the future.

They have a busy shop, so waiting is kind of expected. The waiting area is clean, like I'd expect from an automotive shop. But the service is exceptional. I hear stories, but none have happened to me. I trust them with all my vehicle tire needs..
