Big O Tires

Big O is a place where you can request to buy a set of tires and get the oil changed in one appointment no question. You must have time to wait for the service but if you want it right that's the trade off. Highly recommended.

I am in my late 80s and needed a lot of help. I visited with them first and then went to run to some other stores. I went back, with reading material in hand, but the wait was not too long and the area that I was in was clean, and only one other person was seated not near me and she was studying. At my request, they quickly turned off the TV and we both appreciated this.

I was greeted quickly. The people working there were friendly and were quick to answer my questions. They were able to get started right away on my car and it was a quick service. They were able to use the free rotation coupon as well which I was very happy about. Thanks Big O!

From the moment I called, I was greeted with great customer service. Sophia was helpful, let me know what the specials were and got me set up for an appointment. When I arrived at the store, they were super busy, but everyone was working quickly to get all the customers taken care of. When my turn came up, I was taken care of and my needs were reviewed to make sure nothing was missed. Sophia once again was the one who helped me, she is a rockstar and if you are lucky enough to work with her, you will not be disappointed. The mechanics were great, they brought me out to show me additional issues I had and let me know what could be done. Overall I would recommend them to anyone, I took my friends truck in a week later and had the same type of experience.

Robert was friendly and helpful. Completion estimate was with a half hour of projection. That was helpful in planning the remainder of my day.

I was expecting all of the services to be much more costly but luckily it was not bad at all. They made me aware of an issue with my vehicle and asked if I would like to get a price quote from them or give me a chance to do it myself but the price was perfect and I’m very happy with the results

I love this location! We are a military family and move a lot and we used to strictly take our vehicles to dealerships for service. After having terrible experiences at 2 of the dealerships in town we tried Big O. We dealt with John the first time who was outstanding. He is so honest that I trust him with any work he says needs to be done in my car. One time I was traveling and my car had an issue, I had to stop somewhere out of town. I literally called this Big O tire location and spoke with John about what they were recommending I do and what his thoughts were. I won’t go anywhere else because of him and his team. This past trip Jose helped me. He was also awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Understood exactly what I wanted done and took care of everything. The price was great too. In the past I’ve purchased brand new tires from them with warranty packages, and alignment warranties. This is because I trust the people at this location and love their service. I recommend them to everyone I know.

The only reason I didnt score perfect all the way around was because of the time it took. I came in to have a tire patched and people who came in after me were serviced before I was. I waited a total of 2 1/2 hours and my car wasnt even taken back till past 2 hours. Overall I cant complain considering it was a free service and I do appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone was.

We had an emergency with our tow truck having a flat on a saturday. The gentleman at Big O were so helpful got us in without a fuss and stayed late to help us out. Very impressed with their service!

Did not like comment of "minimum wages cost" the reason for the cost of oil change. I have been having oil changed at your store for years and the cost has not been different. I was trying to use coupon for the oil change. Did not like the attitude of the new manager at the foothill store. May look for new place for oil changes.
