Big O Tires

Long wait and no fresh coffee but overall satisfied

Like always Everything was great Will be bach soon

No call to advise when tires were ready. Gut that was there on pickup told me that there was a voicemail left..None received

We have been going to this Big O tire location for years, Chet and his crew have always taken care of our tire needs and anything else we have needed for our autos

We parked and went into the store, were attended to very quickly. Staff listened to what I said and said the computer would tell her all the correct info regarding my model Ford Escape. I was satisfied and would go there again.

Excellent staff and service. Fastest tire rotation ever. Good communication.

AMMENDED: I use your store regularly. I have only one complaint. That is that often times the service people fail to protect my vehicle interior with paper and plastic. I have had to stop and individual from getting into my car because his clothes were dirty, twice. I've had to clean my tires after they finished. I've had to ask for the valve cap a couple times. One time they scratched up my steering wheel and I received apologies but I still have scratched up wheel. One time I had to wash my floor mats because of the grease on their shoes. After my last visit I had to clean grease off the door and handle and inside door handle and steering wheel. I showed the manager and he appologized and offered to clean it. I did it myself. I like your store and your service but these are few things that I think could be improved. Respectfully, Joe Lange

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to buy tires when I need them. This is my first time in a big O tire and I'm sure I will be back. Thank you. John Scott. 🇺🇸

Tammy was great. She handled the customers and the phone very well. It iS annoying when You are being served at the counter and the person stops to answer the phone and then spends several minutes with the call leaving you to stand and wait like a dummy. It is better to answer and ask "Can you wait?" and service the call between customers.

They took my truck while I was at work. They went out of their way to order a tire on to match my other tires. Called me to tell me it was done. I was running late and they took payment and worked with me to pick up my truck after hours.

Only an oil change, in and out. Been consistently bringing our cars to Big 0 in the Foothills since moving here in 2003. I guess the 16 years of staying with Big O says more than anything.

Ability to work us in without an appointment. Associate is knowledgeable and has great customer skills.

I understand the pressure of the winter/spring rush, but more counter. Help would speed up the process of arranging for the services required. After getting counter help the time needed for service was excellent.

fast and friendly service , installer was clean and efficent

The gentleman I had was Ian. He was good in guestions n took time to talk to me. What I was'nt to happy with was oil n or grease smudges left on the car fenders n doors. .

I was able to drop off my car and be helped right away. The staff were friendly and the whole process was quick.

It was surprising to me that your staff could not find the last new battery I purchased just two years ago in its computer. I had to go home and look it up and then bring the receipt and bill in order to claim the warranty refund on a new battery. After that , the warranty was handled quite well. Thank you.
