Customer service rated as a 3 because: Vehicles need to be secured after the service. (windows rolled up, doors locked). Otherwise, the Staff is courteous and helpful and the location is convenient for my daily routine

Had trouble with my lug nuts on my boat trailer one broke putting it back on but you all took care of it and I went out and bought all but lug nuts.

I was able to drop off my car and be helped right away. The staff were friendly and the whole process was quick.

The lady at the front wasn't very nice

The technicians were all very approachable, communicated thoroughly throughout the process and were available to address any concerns that came up. The cost of the services was reasonable as well.

Had a leaking right front struts that big of had replaced seven months previously. Big O replaced the leaky strut and got me on the road in. Thanks for the great service.

I bought a new battery and when I got it home I installed it and checked it for water. It was dry as a bone, so I put water in it and I had to charge it. They said it was charged,but it wasn't . I hope it will be alright.

They are very honest with the service they provide and don't push on non needed services.

Got an oil change and tires rotated. They got it done pretty quick.

We called one location for a quote and they were awesome on the phone but we ended up at a different location and they all seemed grumpy. They didn't do anything really wrong, but just weren't friendly.

They did a pretty good job replacing my cracked radiator, although I thought the price was a high.

Big o tires have always given good service and a good price. I have been to other places and always came back to Big o, even on vacation or in another city they have been great.

Had an appointment for an oil change "first thing" on Saturday morning. I told the service rep I would be in "at about 7:45 or 8:00" and he told me "you don't have to be her that early on Saturday . . . be here at 9:00 and I can get you right in and you won't have to wait." So: I did as I was told, came in at 8:55 AM on Saturday, and then had to wait for 18 minutes while my service appointment was retrieved from the computer, then waited 40 minutes more before my vehicle was driven around to the back of the shop and the work was started. It seems like no matter WHAT I do, WHAT I come in for, or HOW I've made arrangements ahead of time, ANYTHING I come in for eats up a minimum of TWO HOURS at this store, even a simple, pre-arranged oil change. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I had a flat tire and the guys worked me in. I had to wait a couple of hours but the job got done. I was thankful.
