Big O Tires

The power had been out due to wind. So the printer and other items were not working.

They were professional, completed the job as promised. Price for parts and service was high, but then everyone believes the cost of living is too high. Overall I was treated with respect as if they truly wanted my repeat business.

This was my first experience with Big O. As far as using this location for a standard lube and oil, the prices are a bit above average ($15 more than my usual shop down the street). I chose to go here because I needed my tires rotated on top of a regular service. The list of recommended services was long due to my recent rolling of 100k miles but the service agent was not high pressure. I appreciated that. What I really was impressed by was what I witnessed while waiting for my vehicle to be completed. An employee, Sophia Jimenez, was working with a customer who had an apparent complaint. I don't know what the issue was, but Ms. Jimenez was everything a professional customer service staff should be-- polite, knowledgeable and oriented toward resolving the conflict. Whatever she is being paid is not nearly enough. If I return to Big O for regular service, it will be because of Ms. Jimenez.

Made an appointment 2 or 3 months ago.............GLAD I called the Friday before our appt >>>>> NO ONE knew/remembered our appt........said OK for Mon 10 am ( our origional appt time ) when we arrived, they said they we're short-handed.....OK.......well we did not get taken care of initially until 11;15........a broken wheel later.....we finally left around 2;30 pm.........glad it wasn't too hot....as our dog would have melted waiting............also, when we first got waited on at the counter, they wanted to sell us CHINA BOMB cheap tires >>>>>>> THIS is why we we're comming in >> to get rid of the cheap and go with Goodyear!!!

I dropped off my truck without an appointment and they fit me in. Great service

Only problem I have is when the tires were installed the valve stems are so short it makes it almost impossible for the average person to check the tire pressure.

The car was returned to the shop after the initial service, because of a problem, but everything was taken care of. Thank you for diagnosing the problem and fixing it correctly.

I went in for an oil change and they found out my front axle boots were torn and we decided to just get new axles. The price was right and service was good as well. I was taken home and picked up when the job was done. So happy I went to Big O Tire.
