Did a good job on our SUV

I bring my car in for oil change and receive recommendations for repairs that I have to relay on a Service Rep to make. On 2 occasions I have gone home and checked prior service receipts and find that the recommended service was preformed on the vtehicle within a shortly passed period of time. For me, the credibility of your Service people is questionable.

We miss Jeff, But understand Florida is better for the younger. Please pass our greetings and congrats to him.

They did a good jo job and got me out of there within an hour.

The staff was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable I was there for an oil change and then check the whole bunch of other things for me it just took a little longer than I was hoping for since I had an appointment but they were busy so it's okay

Great group and very helpful with our new tire purchase. Clean shop, clean bathroom and fair prices. Really happy with the warranty that comes with Big O Tires.

I visited the store because of 2 tires on my dually that were not holding air. The counter person (Josh) was attentive and gave me a "worst case scenario" estimate. The technicians (Brian & ?) explained what they believed the problem to be and how they would correct it. The problem was resolved and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be a customer in the future!

Got to my truck right away and it was done within a couple of hours.

I used this business last week. I was told it would take at least two hours. I appreciate that they let me know that up front. Also, that I have the option of them giving me a ride home.

The two service personnel I deal with on a regular basis, Jeff and Matt, are expert at what they do. They are courteous and they keep customers informed at all times.

when you walk in to a place and they know you by you by name and the service is done in a way that it won't be a socond thought in you're mind when it time to come visit again its a pleasure to do business with these people

We bought new tires after shopping everywhere in town.The price was the best.I would encourage the store to take appointments for local people who are returning customers.The wait gets extremely long.

Had a problem with balancing of my new tires. Rebalanced them and not shaking anymore.

Serves was great, the price for fixing a flat was a bit high!!!!!!
