Big O Tires

We called in the morning to make an appointment but were told it wasn't necessary. Went in the afternoon but had to wait over 2 hours. Waiting area very messy.

Excellent! Very friendly staff and fast service.

I always find the personnel friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However this visit was more of a wait than I cared for.

They have a busy shop, so waiting is kind of expected. The waiting area is clean, like I'd expect from an automotive shop. But the service is exceptional. I hear stories, but none have happened to me. I trust them with all my vehicle tire needs..

Had to have a tire replace due to a mechanical failure on the vehicle front end. Big O replaced the tire under warranty even though the tire failure was not related to the tire itself. Excellent service.
