price was right, and they checked all fluids, and made a complete report on that for me. Would go back

At first I was skeptical but I am glad my NTB card got me to go here. The staff is an awesome, friendly crew that go out of their way to do as much as they can for their customers. And they do a great job on the labor. I will continue to go to this location for the rest of the time we are stationed in Yuma.

I am a regular customer of Big O in the Foothills they are just down the street from me and it is convenient vehicle servicing. However my last experience wasn't as pleasant as usual. After dropping my car off to get my oil changed they called me up and told me my vehicle is ready when I went to pick it up they told me they couldn't rotate my tires because they couldn't find the lug key no one bothered to call me at home and ask me where it was. They did a free alignment check and told me I needed to have my tires aligned. When I brought my vehicle in following week Arizona was in full-blown covid-19 mode. As I was waiting for my wife to pick me up I watch 2 service technicians get into my Jeep Liberty a very small vehicle and drive it off a lot for a test drive and I thought so much for social distancing. So now I have two people in my vehicle touching things and breathing all over everything and sharing germ's. When I got in my vehicle I could see smudges on the door handles where their gloved hands had been touching my doors. I felt this was total disregard for my safety and the safety of the employees.

Service was good. I notice you have new employees. To be honest, it was a different experience from previous times. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in even if staff are busy. That didn't happen this time but I understand that everyone has different personalities. Because I offer excellent service to my patients and families I look for the same. I definitely don't judge...not everyone knows the importance of acknowledging a customer when they enter their establishment. It's taught. I was greeted by 1 staff member because he remembers me as a regular customer. I will return because I've been a customer for years.

When I bought the tires the installer smartly white slime all over them and my rims. After driving home it was all over both sides of our car. Took it in yesterday for first rotation. I forgot about slime. Guess what. It was worse than the install. I went back inside and told the service writer. He'd had the installer come out and do a quickly wipe down with a brush. By the time I got home there are splatters all over the sides of my car. CRAP! I retired after 50 years as a master car technician. I don't understand why this repeat problem isn't corrected. Train your people to do the job right. Would they do this to their own car?

Needed a simple flat tire fix, took over two hours. It always takes a long time for anything, perhaps you should open another store in the Foothills area.

Denny found my leaking rear shocks which I did not know about. Shocks were replaced at a reasonable rate. I've been using Foothills Big O for 20 years and will continue to do so.

Brought car in for a new thermostat and fan clutch. Had to bring car back to shop after I discovered water and coolant on my garage floor. Technicians are working to solve the problem. That's the reason for some lower marks in my feedback

Rotated and balanced without an appointment. Took quite a while, but fixed some of the issue.

I did not like all the extra charges on my purchase of two tires without my being informed. I ordered two tires for $73 each. I expected a labor charge but I was not asked if I wanted a "Tire Protection Plan" for $32.00 or "Nitrogen Fill."?? Do not know what an "installation Package is." I did return for a refund on the Protection Plan. I have always had free warranties on my tires. Maybe I got junky tires this time?? I have my own insurance. At any rate, No one mentioned "extra charges" to me. There was another customer who complained about the extra charges, also.

It was a long wait but they were busy. They fixed my tire and that's what I needed. I will definately continue to purchase my tires from Bog O as I have in the past.

I was very upset the other day because we were not told our car was done and they let us sit for over an HOUR before we noticed our car was in the garage anymore..... When we said something about it the reply was So we never tell anyone when their is car is done...... Cynthia Ruetter

We have been coming to this same store for a few years now. We live in Yuma AZ year round and we were not happy with BigO this past Saturday. My husband took the car in for new tiers and was told it would take 45min and it took over 4 hours, only because Big O caters to our winter visitors and that is just wrong.

Brought in my car with a roofing nail in it. They removed it and checked to see if there was any damage to tire. No charge. Thank you again.

I had been told last week that I needed a center link, but you all were going to hold me up to do an alignment check again without telling me. I just wanted my tires and then leave. You need to communicate with the customer. Also didn't appreciate the grease prints on the interior door. Nice employees, but the customer service on the vehicle needs to improve.
