You two can be very proud of the group you have working for you. Rob kept things light and still saw to all my needs. In fact he and all the guys working went out of there way to see to my satisfaction with my required service. And because of the great service I did not mind the nitrogen install that I had said I didn't want during my original visit. I am very pleased with the service you offer and have already recommended you to others because of the a great job your team did. In closing I would like you to know I have been in the Transportation Industry for 50 years so all I have written reflect from a vast experience in the Industry. Great Job, Great Team, Keep up the Great Work. P/S I am also coming back for another cup of coffee. Thanks Again Rob I had a ball working with you.................!

They did replace the break pads, but didn't test drive the van to see if they'd found the real problem. I didn't get 100 ft out of the parking lot when my dashboard lit up with warning lights.

Karina and Tony provided an outstanding customer service. It was Karina's day off and instead she was working that day with the best attitude ever. Tony amazing young man great customer service skills, great product knowledge and very polite. Because employees like them I comeback to Big O tires. I really hope that as owners and management you guys take care of your employees and I hope you guys give them the recognition they all deserved. Keep in mind that thanks to that amazing customer service we return to Big O....

Great job, except the van must have been by a trash can as there was oil and soda splashes by the back quarter panel when stuff had splashed up on it. Took a little long too.

The young lady that helped me was polite and knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I needed. I also witnessed a few of your counter folks deal with rude seniors. They stayed professional and I even posted on my Facebook how great they handled themselves.

I came in for tire repair and it was repaired but please see below. Customer service members were very cordial, wait time was short, garage attendant seemed to be knowledgeable, he took me outside to see what was going on but in retrospect I feel like I was taken advantage of and I feel like it would have been a lot worse if I didnt want to double check a few things on my own. I took my car in as there was a warning on my dash, "low tire pressure" and when scrolling through the menu I saw the the sensor registered the tire in the 20's psi. I checked myself and I confirmed the tire was low in the 20's psi, filled it up brought it in the next day. So as far as I could tell the sensor within the tire was functioning properly, the warning went away and the dash and the tire gauge were roughly equal in pressure readings after i filled the tire. When I got to your store: When it was explained to me that the sensor was broken, I needed a new one and the old one would not communicate with the vehicle I was very surprised as it was working the day before and during the ride to your store there was no indication otherwise. So out the door with a brand new $120 sensor (installed) that I'm still wondering how it actually broke and even worse when I start my car the dash gives me a new warning, that the new sensor isnt being recognized by my car. I went back in to explain that my old sensor was working fine and now the new one is NOT working. The response was drive it for 20-30miles and bring it back in if it doesnt work and they will program it. It was disappointing that I got to your store with something that SEEMED to be working and left with something that was obviously NOT WORKING and after 30+miles it's still not working and now I have to go back to your store, wait again, to have something fixed that could have been fixed in 5min while i was already there. As far as the rest of the deficiencies, I'm glad declined: I declined the new brakes that he said I needed. The pads and rotor i have are still within spec, 21mm with the minimum thickness being 18mm. And he tells me that I need an alignment based on the look and feel of my tires that were rotated by me the week before. Was there any actual measuring of either of these deficits or just trying to get more money from me. I was really left with a bad feeling with your store. I understand trying to upsell and running a business but I really felt like there was attempt to take advantage of me and just thought you should know. One thing I need to apologize for is not showing up the next day for an alignment for my wife's car. I was a no call no show and it was only because I was angry at the situation that I feel your team put me in, my apologies, I should have at least called to cancel. Jeff

I have been going to big O tire in the foothills Yuma Arizona for 16 years since the day I bought my car. I have always had courteous,prompt, excellent service.I am so pleased that I found at big O tires the day I moved here. I always know that I will get excellent and honest service.

I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment to be on time. My appointment was at 2 pm. It took another 42 minutes after the appointment to take the car inside the shop . That's because I was complaining to the techs why my car still at the parking lot. So I was disappointed that day

Hi, I am a Canadian and expected a little more than what I received. I checked my car in for your special price oil change which was good, $28 for synthetic oil so the price was good. However, I was taking a 2000 mile trip and wanted to make sure my 2011 HHR was ready to go. When I checked in there were 4 people on your two order desks and when I picked it up Saturday afternoon at 2:30 there was only 1 person, 6 people ahead of me and he was scrambling as the store was closing at 3:00 pm. I paid my bill but received nothing to tell me anything of any issues or what my brake lining remaining is, they did rotate my tires according to my invoice, my fluid levels were not topped up, windshield fluid, and antifreeze could use a couple of cups, one of my windshield wipers needed replacing which I found out on my trip. The sticker placed on my windshield gave the wrong mileage that the oil change was done at, it showed when it should be done next, not when it was done. Just not as professional as I was expecting. Didn't realize I could schedule appointment.Worked out amazing well.Brought car in at scheduled time and was out at the time I was told it would be done.Very pleased.

I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get the tires rotated and balanced. The first time: my wheel lock (that I've had and used for years) wouldn't fit. The second time: I was told that the car needed new brakes, new axles, new tie rods, and new tires. I have experienced no symptoms in the car to prove those repairs were needed. Tires are only 2 years old with 5/32 tread. Brake pads have 4-5mm left and rotors are smooth. Axles and tie rods are fine. I was basically told that the car was not safe to drive and I needed to pay $2400 right then and there to fix it. The third time: finally balanced and was not told about any repair issues needed. However, my locking lug nut from left front wheel was missing and a valve stem cap was missing on another tire. I removed all the locking lug nuts that were left (only 2) and replaced with regular lug nuts.

Jeff was awesome. I had a bunch of vehicle issues that needed to be addressed and he showed me exactly what was going on. He priced things out and got me a good deal for all the work. He was able to get the problems handled for a reasonable price and get me back on the road. Jeff was very professional and took the time to walk me through the options and didn't make me feel pressured or worried and I felt the job would get done right. He followed up with me on the phone throughout the day and I was very happy with the work, the service, and the personal touch in communication. I would definitely recommend using this shop for more than just tires.

Made an appt. for tire rotation. Technician suggested alignment inspection. I said sure if doesn't take long. They found a defective tire and switched it out (under warranty). Needed a front alignment again I said will it take long. I was told know. Over 2 hours pass before my car gets done costing me over $150. The very next day, my tire pressure light comes on. I take it in and each tire is low 2-3 lbs. Very disappointing and very bad experience.

I paid for all the work done on my car, only to be called over a week later telling me they forgot to charge me for a part, and now I owed 120 more. Isn't that something that should've been noticed sooner? I'd appreciate being contacted on this matter. Thank you.

We blew a trailer tire just before they closed. Decided to replace all 4, they not only picked them up, but had installed within an hour. Friendly service and technicians. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Your workers need supervision to speed up the work. They chat too much and work slow, you may need a new manager.

The gentleman that helped me made me feel very comfortable and helped me answer all of my tire questions. I had never to a Big O Tires but I will definitely be returning for any of my tire needs!
