Time before was 10+. Jesus was absolutely awesome. The last time was nearly a 2 hour wait just to have an ATV tire mounted on a brand new rim!!!!

I arrived before the store opened. I was the third car in the parking lot. I needed only an oil change that morning, the young man said it should take approx 1 hour. I waited OVER two hours for my oil change to be completed. This particular store seems to have numerous "walk-ins"� and they appeared to take care of the walk-ins as they came in, pushing those of us who had been waiting two hours back even further. Later that evening my husband was driving the car and noticed something that didn't sound right. He popped the hood, the cover for the air filter had not been put back on, and was just laying on top of the engine area. Not impressed. Will most likely find somewhere else to go for oil changes from now on.

These guys run a good shop. it was busy the day I was there and they did their best to keep things moving. I was there more than 3 hours and didn't hear a harsh word spoken by anyone.

Was told my car would be ready and that they had all the parts. It was 7pm before I was able to take my car and then learned that the ABS sensor must have been damaged while they were replacing the axles. Still waiting for the part to arrive so I can have it replaced. The lady that works in the store is very unfriendly. While in the waiting room I heard others complaining about her.

Rob Ybarra did our invoicing. He was great Cesar Valdez-Beltran performed the service. I believe this gentleman was on his way out to go home when we came in. We are from VT and in a motorhome. A man in a parking lot told us our outer doolie was very low. We tried to put air in but it wouldn't take any. I told my husband we should have it checked. Found you on Google search-God was with us. Your men checked it and found the inner doolie had blown! Could have ended very badly. This tire was new and we had no indication it had blown. Cesar used a hand jack, fixed our tire, checked the rest. What an angel he was! You have a very wonderful crew!! Thank you for their expertise and service.

Two hours is too long to wait for a tire mount. This is the second time I've had to wait this long. Always seems to be a line waiting to even find out what you need when you arrive.

I had a appointment at 10:00 am and I didn't get started service until 10:35 am waiting time was too long also the things or service that I requested didn't get check and I had to asked again. For example asking again for the use tire for my spare tire also asking again to check my air-conditioning not closing my hood all the way had to pull over on the freeway to close my hood etc. Plus by time I left it was 1:30 pm just for service and 2 new tires otherwise it was fine. As has been my past experience with Big O service is always top shelf. The staff takes the time to listen to your problems or concerns, inspect with you the car and diagnostic a solution of your problem. They take the time to research the best products available for your repair and give you a written estimate of the cost. Depending on how busy they are they get right to work on your car or will make arrangements acceptable to you to schedule the work. I am always very satisfied withBig O and highly recommend them for any artist service issues.

So far I could not be happier either with the actual service or with the tires recommended & purchased. Only time will tell if they meet the standards I would expect. Keep up the good work!!!

Customer service was not good at all. The man and female that helped me did not have good customer serivce. Female was not customer friendly and did not tell me about what was done to my car. Was somewhat rude as well. First gentleman that helped me did not have the best customer service either. I went on a Friday morning , October 13. All in all my experience was bad.

I took my car in for AC work again and was told I needed a new compressor, fan belt, fuel filter, belt tensioner, water pump, tune up, radiator hose, and both dog bones. I declined the work because I have worked in the automotive repair industry for many years. I went home, opened the hood and realized the clutch wasn't engaged for the AC compressor. I figured it was a dirty connection at the clutch wiring and was correct. I wasn't impressed with the cooling and decided I'd charge the system. Total cost was $40.00 and change. This was a not quiet a month ago and everything is still working great! Earl Henderson should be sent to the wood pile for awhile. I won't ever be in a Big O Tire shop again.

As a recent widow this was my first "oil change" as my husband always took care of my truck. Everyone was very courteous, answered all my questions (without complaint), and I am now ready for my next oil change or tires or whatever comes next. Thank you.

I was told that I could not get an alignment because I needed upper and lower ball joints. I told them I would have my personal mechanic of 50 years check it out. They did and I didn't,t need the ball joints and the cost of the alignment was $79.95. The only time I will go to Big O is to get my free rotation.

We were driving from Phoenix to San Diego and got a flat tire at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. We were so grateful for the fast service.

We scheduled an appointment days prior, however, when we arrived..they had misbooked our appointment. As a result, we had to wait approximately 3-4 hours.
