I was really impressed with the opportunity to see everything first hand before making a decision to have the repairs done.

They knew what they were doing, time estimate dead on, all work done well.

At first I was skeptical but I am glad my NTB card got me to go here. The staff is an awesome, friendly crew that go out of their way to do as much as they can for their customers. And they do a great job on the labor. I will continue to go to this location for the rest of the time we are stationed in Yuma.

Service was good. I notice you have new employees. To be honest, it was a different experience from previous times. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in even if staff are busy. That didn't happen this time but I understand that everyone has different personalities. Because I offer excellent service to my patients and families I look for the same. I definitely don't judge...not everyone knows the importance of acknowledging a customer when they enter their establishment. It's taught. I was greeted by 1 staff member because he remembers me as a regular customer. I will return because I've been a customer for years.

I mistakenly made my appointment at another Big O, but they squeezed me in almost immediately and called the other shop to free up the appointment.

Great sevice

Employees were polite and professional. Service was provided very quickly.

Denny found my leaking rear shocks which I did not know about. Shocks were replaced at a reasonable rate. I've been using Foothills Big O for 20 years and will continue to do so.

Fast and friendly

As always, Big O gets me in and out quickly. As a self employed customer,my truck is my livelyhood. If it is not on the road, I am not able to help my customers. Thank You.

The recommended repairs were explained to me in detail. I also appreciate that this location offers a veteran discount which saves me money on repairs. I will come back for the center link repair because of this discount.
