We've been going to this big o for years. Last week we purchased 4 new tires, oil change and service, and tire rotation. Today we had our car towed because the battery cables and around the battery corroded to the point of breakage. I would think this would be a normal check when servicing the car. At the time of service they said our car was ready. It was still in the stall. An employee pulled it out and right in front of us (he didn't know the car was ours) sped off with a screech, drove around the block and slammed on the breaks so hard it skidded in the parking lot. Then told the front desk the Alinement wasn't done. We had to come back the next day since it was late already. Honestly this isn't the first go around like this with big o recently. They've lost our business. And we were loyal customers. I won't blast on social media because that's not my style but I will sure tell someone not to go there if they ask.

The staff at the store was very professional, competent and bent over backwards to fix our problem. They went well beyond our expectations. We winter in Yuma and whenever we're here we'll be using them to keep our vehicles maintained.

They lied said it would take an hour. Told them I had a family emergency and they could care less. Two hours later Never will come back and definitely would recommend to anyone.

the store was clean the mechanics to put on the tires were excellent got that by fifth wheel in and out I just was really unhappy with trying to be up sold to get a credit card and stuff when I really didn't need one and they were really pushing that instead of just show me the different tires and stuff they were more to upsell to get a commission but the Mechanicsburg grade hold around three guys jumped on it knocked it out in less than half an hour couldn't ask for better group of guys that actually knew how to do tires but in the office they need to learn not to upsell cuz not everybody wants a credit card and stuff

We were driving through town on our way from PHX to San Diego when our brakes went out with our whole family in the car. Thankfully it was at an uphill offramp. We had the car towed here and hoped that we wouldn't be taken advantage of due to our situation. You know it's a bad industry when that's your first thought. However, the people at this location were understanding, friendly, and professional. We rented a car to continue our vacation as the part for repair had to be special ordered but when we came back later in the week, the car was fixed and we were charged a fair price (same as quoted) for the service provided.

Not a good experience with a recent oil change. Two weekends ago, I had the opportunity for a walk in oil change service to find out that the store did not have an oil filter nor the oil I needed for my 2006 BMW X5. I was informed that my best bet was to buy the items myself. The following week, I made the oil change appointment on line early in the week, so they had ample time to order the necessary items prior to my appointment on Saturday. The staff did not order my items in the day if my appointment, so I ended up going to Auto Zone myself. The oil that I was recommended to get was the wrong type of oil for my car. Needless to say, they lost a loyal customer that day. Would not recommend this shop to anyone

My experience at Big O was awesome I went there without a appointment to ask about a alignment I told them I had just put a ball joint on drivers side planning on doing more to my car they looked it over made sure it was safe and did the alignment to make sure my new tires were not destroy . So thank you so much for the service I will be back in month to have it done again after more parts come in.

In the evening of 2/26, I had a routine oil change and 4 wheel alignment check completed at Big O. The following day my check engine light, vehicle stability control system light, and check charging system light all came on (which had never happened before). I called Big O and spoke with the "manager" who advised me that the services provided would have nothing to do with the lights mentioned and it must've been coincidental. Still, I requested my car be evaluated to ensure there was no issue with the work that had been done the previous day. I was told they would not see my car that day, that they only had 1 mechanic and did not have the time. I was advised to take my car elsewhere for evaluation if I felt it needed done that day. As a healthcare provider who provides home visits using my personal vehicle, it is of the utmost importance that I have a reliable vehicle to get me from place to place. I proceeded to take my vehicle to another service garage who advised me that the vent hose from the intake assay was found to be out-of-position, something that would only happen if someone had access under the hood. As I suspected, it was right next to the oil and various filters that were checked, and was simply not reconnected properly. Due to the exposure of the air flow circuit and fuel system to the elements here in the desert, I agreed to proceed with a fuel injection flush to protect the system. After the diagnostic, fuel injection was complete, vent hose reinstalled, codes all cleared, etc., my end bill was $373.14 - all from a mistake made during a $70.96 oil change. I again reached out to the general manager of Big O to discuss the case, and was told it was "my decision" to take the car elsewhere to have looked at, therefore he was not going to be held responsible for any costs incurred, nor was he willing to refund the cost of the original oil change. When I asked for contact information for someone above him, I was denied that information.

I bought tires here at the end of last winter. I brought it back in and told them the car shakes at 60-65 mph. They told me I needed an alignment and have the tires rebalanced. Still have the same problem. They then said one wheel was bent so they rebalanced and still the same problem. Then they rebalanced again using a better system and still the same problem. Then they ordered new tires and tried that an still the same problem. They put the old tires back on and said something else must be wrong and they offered nothing further. Never had the problem until I got the new tires. Never heard back from anyone. I have been a customer for my 4 cars for many years but I think this will be the end.

I was 18 years old and days away from 19 at the time, I went to finance a new set of tires, as the ones ome my vehicle had the inner wire mesh visible on the outside. The gentleman who sold me my tires preyed upon my youthful ignorance and naivety and lied to me, saying that a particular financing option would be great for me, and upselling it through rose colored glasses. Now my payment total has more than doubled, and this store is giving me the runaround, being cryptic and giving me no information, and will not permit me to contact any higher management than "3rd in command" (their own words). Do not shop here. They will deceive you for a quick buck. They will not help you

I wish I could say more about this store but will give high praise to the techs that worked with me both this time and in the past. How ever Management/Owner refusal to even talk about my issues with one year old tire wear and lack of concern by not only not talking to me, except to tell me I should have an alignment done to my viechicle 4 time a year which industry wide is an absurd statement. But then to turn his back and walk away is very disheartening from my perspective. I do wish you all a very Merry Christmas and the best in the new year. But because of the lack of customer support I will not be in need nor coming back for any other service. A quick tip to the owner/manager who I feel was so rude to me. We could have addressed this issue with as little as tire dismount rotation but because of your lack of respect to me I have gone else where for service, purchased the same brand for less and had my vehicle aligned. Which seems no one had ever done before. A disappointed customer Mark Benton P/S might not want to use my feedback for advertising or promotional purposes.

I love the friendliness of the employees at my foothills Big O. They always take the time to explain things to me and they never treat me like I'm stupid. A great team!

Had a nail in a tire. Tech said it was to close to the sidewall and need to replace the tire. ( the nail wasn't near the side at all). Then proceed to quote me $1000 for 4 tires. My tires had 10k miles on them and were still good. I went to another tire shop. Won't be back.

I went to get my tires rotated they broke off one of my studs on my car and they claimed it wasn't their fault wouldn't fix it and told me that the tie rods are out and they wouldn't rotate the tires that I bought from Big O

Took my motorhome to this business due to low air pressure in a front tire. They got to me quickly, removed the wheel and tire, checked for leaks under water, found none (it was likely the valve stem that I had already replaced) and put the wheel and tire back on all within an hour. And they did it for NO CHARGE! Thank you BigO!
