Big O Tires

The manager is an arrogant asshole. The customer service is horrible. The staff openly talks about drugs and uses extremely vulgar language. They locked my vehicle in the shop after hours and didn't have the courtesy to call me.

I love the friendliness of the employees at my foothills Big O. They always take the time to explain things to me and they never treat me like I'm stupid. A great team!

Employees don't even agreed on services needed. You definitely need Karina back

For the most part all went well.

We had an appointment and when we got there they could not rotate our tires and then came back with another appointment and it took an hour and 15 minutes to complete a 4 tire rotation

Took my motorhome to this business due to low air pressure in a front tire. They got to me quickly, removed the wheel and tire, checked for leaks under water, found none (it was likely the valve stem that I had already replaced) and put the wheel and tire back on all within an hour. And they did it for NO CHARGE! Thank you BigO!

I recently had a tire repaired only to find out the next morning it was flat again so I returned to the store and was told that I'd have to wait 4 hours to have it re repaired I think that customer satisfaction did not even come into play there's no reason that somebody couldn't have stopped took my tire off and fixed it properly I will never return to Big O Tire I will never recommend big O Tire do any of my friends it's a sad day it's a sad day that customers that are purchasing tires are receiving a priority over people that have already had their tires purchased and repaired we purchased several tires at this location and we'll be moving on to a new tire source

Drove 40 miles on a blown inner tire on a motorhome. Got all 4 rear tires replaced quickly by technician Brian. Outstanding job, he even showed me how to find which lug nuts hold wheel covers on. I keep coming back here because I am treated so well, and whatever tire needs I have are simply HANDLED. I returned the following day to have some China tires replaced on my boat trailer. They are a 13" class C, and I wanted to go to a class D rating, I was told none were available? I found some online in 2 different sizes of 13", Kenda tires. Maybe that isn't a brand you carry? Anyway, still happy and you'll see me again soon as I have many vehicles. Mike

We have had quality service in the past with our vehicles. We needed 4 golf cart tires for a 80+ year old neighbor. We were told that Big O had the tires and they could mount them and have them ready in 2 hrs. We call 2.5 hrs later to check on them. We were told they were short a tire and had taken 2 off the wheels already. They didn't call us to alert us to this change, we had to have the golf cart ready that day. They wouldn't have the 4th tire for 2+ days. The cost was $325. We went and picked up the 4 tires/wheels. Called around and came across West Coast Golf Carts - they had the tires in stock already on wheels. Our total cost for the 4 was $125. WOW BIG O we won't come back.

Great team in this store. Horse trailer broke down in Yuma (2 blown tires with 2 more soon to follow suite). Exhausted and frustrated, showed up at their door before they even opened. They were sensitive to my situation and stepped up quickly to get me back on the road. Marley (my horse) and I were grateful after a long sleepless night in the dirt lot next door.Really appreciated their expeditious and professional service!

Had appointment for wheel balance at 11:00 am and at 11:30 was told i was next at 11:45 i was told i was next at 12:00 was told i was next at 12:10 i asked for my keys and they said thank-you sir why make appointment i could have been next anytime the whole experience was a joke

Service manager was rude. They damaged my truck and refused to accept responsibility

Received prompt courteous oil change service and rotated tires! Was on a time crunch and they made it work!

went in yesterday to get some tires for my suv guy tried to sell me the most expensive tires he had couldn't even give me other options went home looked up tires I wanted came back he ordered them I show up asked him to show me the tires before they put them on today and he ordered the wrong tires I'm sure if I wouldn't of ask to see them first they would of charged me for the more expensive tires I ordered and got the cheaper ones instead

I need tires on my boat trailer. I made a 9am appointment for the next day. I got there early and at 9am they put new tires on the trailer. Did not take long and I was on my way. Good job.

We were very disappointed with our visit to your store. We wanted to have the rear trip checked on our Polaris Razor. Ian checked me in and said we were next on the list but it would be about 45 mins. We had a couple of things to do so we were back in 30 mins. No one offered to check to see how long it was Another 45 mins we talked with Jesus Ramirez who was very understanding. By that time my husband was mad and we asked for our keys back and left. Just a side note. I spoke to another customer and they had been there since 8:30. We left at 1:30.

i was greeted by a very nice young lady named Priscilla that was very professional. and i am very happy with my purchase new tires and alignment for my car they even gave ma ride to get my car

Ordered tires and paid $300 deposit three weeks ago. Set up appointment to install tires first thing Friday morning. After the tech removed my tires they started to look for the new ones and couldn't find them. Two and one half hours later I left your shop with me old tires and a refund of my deposit. My experience was awful and of course, I will not recommend Your shop to anyone.
