Jeff was fast and efficient. I wound up leaving my tire and rim at the store for longer than I thought, but Jeff would call occasionally and give me a friendly reminder that my tire was ready for pickup.

Lousy, lousy, lousy! I went for a oil change and arrived at 7:20am, 1st customer. After two long hours I got my vehicle back. The next morning I visited a friend, picked him up, came back to his house and we see two oil puddles under my truck. I called and was instructed to return right away. I was about 15 miles away. Went back and waited an hour to have the leak repaired. I told the lady there that I just left two puddles of oil on my friend's driveway. I got a shrug. I was told that some oil had fallen onto part of the frame (which I do not believe). NO apology just a shrug. Unfortunately, I have already paid for 4 tires for my travel trailer (sheduled to be installed Dec 28). I was going to have some new tires on our Corvette, but after dealing with these folks I've decided that would be a bad idea. I only hope that on Dec 28 my new trailer tires are installed correctly. Most of the time waiting on both days I could see nobody working on my truck......even though I was told they were. I could clearly see from the lounge area. It apprears now that I should have gone to the lube shop just down the street, probably, much faster, cheaper and done more competently. If there was a manager on duty, it was not apparent to me. Very disappointing and clearly negligence on the part of staff and absentee management. I wish my terrible experience had been otherwise. R. Mensing

Went in to get tires mounted and balance. A few hours and $160 later. I get my truck back with four scraped up chrome wheels. Tried to call the manager, and just got blown off! And no returned phone call. Be careful doing business at this location!

The personal attention from Sophia, Korina and Jeff is exactly the Professionalism, Knowledge and Customer Assistance I EXPECT. This reminds me of the Old Fashion Service I use to get back-in-the-day. After my choice of tires and service, I made the appointment, they took my car in on time and sure, I had to wait about 1-1/2 hrs but that was to be expected considering the work they had to accomplish. Yes, I will recommend this Big O tire shop. They work so hard and as a TEAM doing the right things for the customer. My only comment is: Keep you the GREAT Customer Service and Work! You were all GREAT!

After front end alignmen, car pulled to right worse. When I braked coming over Telegraph Pass, the front end shimmer, which wasn t doing that prior to alignment. Ended up taking it to Whiteheads in Wellton and paying for another alignment. Took care a of both problems!!!

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff members. They treated me and everyone who came in with full attention and total customer service. In addition, they will not sell to you what you don't need, and do not charge for every service they actually perform while installing new tires. I will definitely return to Big O.

Had my car in for breaks last year, about 12k miles ago. Big O estimate was higher than a competitor to change breaks and rotors. Big O sales person said they could machine the rotors instead of replacing them making big O cheaper. Went with big O and my car still shook. Dealt with it for a while till it was so bad I needed to take it in again. Big O said that the rear rotors needed replacing. Yes, and should have been done the first time but your shady salesperson got me to agree to not replacing them now I am stuck paying for breaks twice. I did not mind paying for the rotors but I did not think I should have to pay for the break pads again. Service manager said he would check with his manager to see if they could give me a deal based on my experience. Went to the service desk to see what my price would be and there was no discount. Full price. When I complained they gave me a 25 dollar coupon. I paid 200 dollars for brakes twice. Not happy. Will not ever come back or recommend you. I have brought you three cars and have had you do numerous oil changes and other service over the last ten years. Never again.

I took my 2009 Chev. PU (diesel) in for a OLF service, tire rotation, fuel filter and wiper blades. I had made an appointment for 2:00PM and was early. Advised by the manager Ian Johnson, It would take about an hour to complete the work. I advised I would wait. after an hour and forty five minutes I asked what the delay was & Ian stated something about the fuel filter, wanting to make sure there was no air in the system. I went out and a technician advised they were still waiting for the filters to arrive from the parts store (lie from Ian). Long story shortened , when the filter showed up , they "found" that the water filter sensor leaked and also needed replacing (had to wait for part to be delivered). Finally got my truck back at 5:45PM , was presented with a bill for $381-80. To include a charge for $26.43 for "shop supplies", they couldn't tell what that was for and $43.98 for a pair of wiper blades. I was never given a quote for any of the work, written or verbal and never told why it took so long until I paid the exorbitant bill.

Four months - they looked at my car! I sat in there every Saturday all morning. Finially I gave up when they left a large screwdriver under the hood and I nearly had a serious accident....as the screwdriver kept the car from stopping! Those guys had no idea whatsoever what to do with my car to get the air conditioning to work. After that neighbors were telling me to go to Joes Garage. So I did and they fixed it in less than one minute! Every word I tell you is true! Less than ONE MINUTE!!!!!!!!! compared to three hours every Saturday thru the entire hot Summer months with no AC, driving to Big O, grocery shopping, going to the vet, dentist and doctor and downtown in Yuma etc.... with no Air Conditioning!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, executed beneficial services for my vehicles, I am especially grateful to Mikey because he actually did try to help me in any way he could, not all staff seemed to have the expertise he did, once again thank you Mikey for your expertise and support.

First, I fully understand that what happened to me is rightfully legal. I have no legal recourse coming to me. When your clerk would not try to order three tires and tubes for me, so be it. I did order the three tires and tubes from a local medical supply store. Because I had always previously been treated fairly , I hand carried three tires to Big O to mount the three tubes and three tires mounted to the wheel. I admit I was told before hand and that I signed a piece of paper agreeing to pay $60.00 dollars. I can only say that apparently I was not paying attention to what I was signing. When I questioned the manager that I thought, even though I signed the paper, that $60.00 dollars to mount three 300.4 tires was a bit exorbitant and that he could use his managers discretion to adjust the price to a more reasonable price for a previous customer, i.e., the past 10 years and the previous week or two before I had purchased two full sized tires for my vehicle.. For the managers lack of interest in keeping a customer in the future I will not be returning to Big O, nor will I recommend to friends, neighbors or noblemen to use Big O in the future as I had been recommending for years before, I'm sorry to say.
