We will never go back to this store again. Had a nail in tire and took it to be fixed, They came out and said it was a leak around the bead and Amy husband said did you remove the nail. The guy said "nail?"� So we had to show him so they removed the tire again and said they found 3 Nails in the tire and it couldn't be repaired . We wanted a certain tire but they said they didn't have any so had to buy Big O brand (crap tire). Shortly after replacing all four tires my husband went to the doctor and his tire went flat so at 80 years old tried to change it and the jack fell and dented the car. Called Big O and asked for help and they said "We dont do that"� you'll have to call a tow truck.

We dropped off our Hyundai Sonata for a tire rotation which we had a coupon for and had the service department put in nitrogen in our tires. Excellent service by all the workers. We have 4 cars and always bring them to Big O.

Not sure why you can make an appointment. Have an 11am appointment for an alignment and after complaining three times my vehicle is just now pulled in. Just an FYI the alignment rack was empty when I pulled in and after thirty minutes said something and all of a sudden another vehicle is on the rack now almost two hours later and complained again it finally gets pulled in. The biggest mistake this place made was letting Phil and Jeff go. Pretty sure I'm done here after thousands of dollars put into this facility

had car re-aligned, it did not improve still pulls to the right even more than it did. we buy all our tires through you and disappointed in quality of the alignment. Seems like a waste of time for poor quality of work.

I am a customer of more than 50 years (I hope I have that right). In those years I have purchased more than 15 sets of tires. I raised two sons who also have become Big O customers as well. I have put my trust in Big O many times. So when I thought that I may have come to a bumpy road I feared that my trust in Big O would be jeopardized. Armed only with my experience, I set off to see what would be done about my complaint. Within 5 minutes of speaking with whom I believe was the manager on duty that day, my problem was solved. With my faith in Big O restored I left your store fully satisfied. The solution came so easily you might say there never was a problem. Thank you, everyone at Big O for your never ending service. Very disappointed. Called early am Wednesday. Said they would have us out by days end. Arrived about 11:00 am somewhat early for allointment for front end work and two new tires. At 4 pm was told they would do neither. Had wrongs ball joints parts. Said be there at 8 am next day and would be out by noon. Arrived 7 pm following day. Noticed there was buy two get two free. Was not told about that that day or previous day even though I was buying two tires. Signed papers to make that happen. Vehicle was not ready until about 4 pm Thursday. Ball joints had been replaced along with 4 new tires. Said that they could not do alignment and I would have to go to another shop that would not take me until the following Monday. When I was given keys and went to get motor home I noticed a hub cap missing. Went back in. hub cap found in shop. Went back to motor home to leave. Checked billing. Indicated a vehicle of different make, model and sn. Went back in. Waited. Billing corrected. I ask for a copy. Said they would e mail same to me next day. Billing not received by email following day. Said did not know how to do that. Ask me to come in. I am about 1 hour away. Said they would have someone else email. Not received by Monday am. Need correct info for warranty. Went to chassis dynamics following Monday for alignment. Said i require tie rods and alignment for about $650. Said likely did not need ball joints. Could your techs not have identified that? Disappointed with service. Happy to get two tires vs two for price of two. Would have been nice to have been advised there was a tire sale. A reply would be appreciated with correct bill indicting correct vehicle. Thakyou. Brian

Went in because I needed a spark plug or harness replacement because of original materials used during a tune up were faulty. Called prior to visit talked to a technician named Ely, he stated it was warranty work, additionally talked to the "manager" Mickey and said to come in the next day, January 11th, 2018, and ask for either one of them at 0900. At 0900, we were there and no Ely or Mickey there. The truck wasn't even looked at until 1030. Not surprisingly, during the wait other customers said their work was questionable. After 45 minutes a technician comes back and says I need a tune up. I just had a tune up by Big O Tires, that's why I was there! When I told him that he acted like a child caught in a lie. After informing him why I was there he went back to the truck and replaced a spark plug and was checking out in 20 minutes. The receipt stated that technician and "Bobby" test drove it. So in theory, the spark plug that was replaced took 20 minutes. That's pretty fast plus they test drove it. It took another 20 minutes just to check out. Once I'm finally on the road I noticed a wheel seems to be wobbling now. I'm really afraid to go back to this Yuma Foothills store and even mention they did something extra horrible. My truck has driven terribly every since I let them touch it and they have a bad habit of trying to do unnecessary work. Maybe they should stick with tires. So now I have questionable warranty work and my vehicle has a wobbly tire. What do I do now? I'm not made of money, but if I don't do something about my wheel a horrible catastrophe could result to not only my truck but me as well. Buyers beware, if you don't know much about vehicles you may be paying more than you bargained for.

The work order stated to get tire rotation oil change and alignment when we picked up the car the only thing that had been done was the oil change so we had to wait an hour and a half for the other two to be performed not great service.

Six hours waiting for shocks,struts, rotate, balance and alignment is way too long. It was one hour before they even started. Then driving home after, we discovered we still aren't balanced and it also pulls right when didn't before. Hope it doesn't take more than one more visit to get it right

We got an oil change, and when I got my tires a few weeks ago I was told I was going to get a discount next time I visited the store and I was not given any discount. I was also told I needed new breaks and my husband check both front and back breaks and they do not need to be replaced. We are very disappointed with Big O. We have being coming to this store for many years. Now we need to find somewhere else to go :(

purchased 4 rv tires ($1253.00) made appointment 7 days ahead....had to wait almost an hour past appointment for work to start....installer had no idea how balancing beads worked and I had to wipe the rims down myself of excess lube before tire was installed on all of the rims( so when bead bag broke open the beads did not attach in the wet spot instead of distributing where needed)....I asked that all tires be pressured to 100 psi and was assured they were....when arriving home I put on my tpms units and had pressures from 72 psi to 90 psi, only the 2 tires they never touched had 100 psi in them...I take my wifes and my safety seriously and I will not be back for any services in the future.
