Big O Tires

To begin this experience I went to have my vehicle aligned on a Saturday, and upon completion I was told that my tie rod was bent. I informed the technician that it is supposed to have a bend in it to clear the forward differential. On the following Wednesday I was hearing a clunking noise so a friend and I took a look under the truck and noticed that the adjusting sleeves on both the left outer tie rod end and the pitman arm bolts were loose. Took a video of the problem and took the truck back. Same on me for showing you a problem and thinking that it would have been fixed. In a hurry I left to go get my 3 year old child from daycare, and upon returning home found that the left outer sleeve was tight but the pitman arm was still loose. You preach about knowledge and expertise but can't finish a simple alignment on a solid axle truck. If the pitman arm sleeve was to fail you would have an uncontrollable 9000lb diesel at freeway speeds. This is the worst service that I have had, not only was the alignment not completed properly, the problem that was caused still wasn't fixed when confronted about it. I will never go to Big O Tires again.

Timely service and great prices will be reason I will return to service my other cars

Given an written estimate for changing the wheel bearings on trailer for $250. made an appointment for Monday morning and arrived at 7:30. It took them 7 hours to do one side of the trailer, and the bill was double the estimate and they only did one side of the trailer. In addition, they broke the clip on the magnet for the brake, and charged me $99 dollars for a new magnet that the didn't even install. Only the clip was used. If you want to get ripped off this is the place to get work done. Never again.

I will never go to your store again as long as I can help it. I wish I could get my old tires back and get a refund on my money. Worst experience ever!! If I were a man I would have gotten better service. I was there early yet it took 6 hours to get 4 new tires. All the men who came in after me were serviced while my car was put on hold.

The events of the past week in dealing with your business has not been good. On Feb 23 we pulled into your business at 3:30 pm with a nail in our tire. All the doors were open but when we went in they said they were closed. We explained what was wrong. One employee said he would help but the woman at the register said everything was closed down and he couldn't. My husband had to put a plug in the tire himself after we drove it home flat. We called corporate headquarters for Big O. We have been customers of Big O for 12 years. They arranged it so the tire would be replaced. We waited a week for the tire. My husband had brought his truck in to have sensors done at the same time went came back to get the tire for my car. He was having problems with the truck not recognizing the sensors and Ian was helping him with that problem. It was decided that it needed different sensors. My husband upon starting to pull out of the parking spot was hit by a car going too fast out of parking lot that turned out to be one of the employees. I can say this is the worst experience we have ever had at any business and will not to be returning.

told me that I needed brakes. Little did they know I had new brakes on the car 60 days prior. I sdvised Highway patrol to investigate them.

I had a great experience bringing my car in to this Big O tire shop. Rob the gentleman at the counter when I walked in was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this tire shop to others and I will be returning with any other tires problems I encounter in the future.
