Visit went well, dropped truck off to get four new tires and everything was finished in under two hours.

Came in with a completely flat tire and was very distressed as was on my way to an appt. Called my boyfriend to come to Big o to get problem fixed as I’d had to get a ride right away from friend I called. Erick Cervantes helped us out any way he could to make this stressful situation easier on us and in a timely manner and before they closed. We were leaving town very early next morning. They didn’t have the exact tire we needed but found one that would work. We both were so very impressed with this young man and Big O tire. I got 4 new rear tires for my dually truck. Forrest Coyle did a great job getting me what I needed. The installer saw that I was concerned about my truck and took the time to explain what he was doing and treated my truck with respect. Great job by both gentlemen who were as professional as they were personable
