As always I look forward to my oil changes due to the team here being so wonderful and pleasant to work with!!!

I was thrilled! Great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in the store, Ralph greeted me with a smile and took care of me. Answered all my questions, very professional. In fact, everyone I dealt with was great. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work and took pride in what they were doing; all too rare these days. I bought 4 tires, plus a one-year alignment package. They got me the tires I wanted in a matter of hours, exactly what I wanted, out the door on time, and my pickup drives like new now. Best of all, I really felt valued as a customer. I'll go back there in a heartbeat.

The young gentleman who checked me in was excellent. He paid personal attention to my needs, even though I wasn't sure what I needed done. We have been going to Big O Tires in this location for six years and have always been pleased. My husband is now in a memory care group home so I am on my own taking care of our car, so was apprehensive about the visit, but this employee made me feel very comfortable.

I do appreciate the quality and service this store provides. What I do appreciate so much is the honesty of the staff by providing solutions to what a possible problem might be without pressing you in making a decision right there on the spot. Another thing I appreciate about the staff is when taking the time to explain the situation to where you understand what they are talking about.
