Big O Tires

I've been a customer 15+ years. That should speak to how happy I've always been.

I changed over to Big O after being frustrated with Firestone and others. The guys at Big O are super nice and don't try to up sale you like the others do. I now take both my car and my wife's Nissan Versa here also and have not had one incident other than I lost a couple of hubcaps after they had changed my oil and rotated my tires so he said he would make it right when I called but I ended up not pursuing it because I haven't needed to have to much done any way and didn't mind paying for the oil changes Iv'e had done since because you all's prices are so great. Thanks for everything. As hard as things are financially it's nice to know at least we have a place to bring our cars for service where the guys are honest.

I took my car to Big O Tires due to a small leak I had. I didn't have to wait to get the tire fixed. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They were professional with exceptional customer service. Thanks to Big O Tire I could complete the rest of my day without any issues.

Rick was upbeat and ready to assist, my truck was done in just a few hours, I was able to make an apt same day as the service.. All was easy and efficient..

Service here is above and beyond anywhere else I have been in two states & two countries. You can be assured of excellent care & repair with prompt, courteous & guaranteed work. I appreciate having BigO as a family & friends contact in my phone, and can rely on them in any situation to help me out.

I'm a regular so their's no need to check the ones about greeting you at your car! Everyone is so honest, and it's a huge comfort I'm sure to everyone who goes there for service, to know that they are NOT going to sell you something you really don't need, or need yet anyway. Thanks Big O.
