Went in for an oil change, but thanks to the mechanics they found other problems, that I had complained about at other shops, and was told there was nothing wrong. I was happy to find out that it was going to be fixed and that it would be done correctly. Thanks guys

The guys are always friendly and honest . This visit was due to my check engine light. It was determined my gas cap was the issue . We tightened it then they reset the check engine light. We are monotoring it for other issues. I did replace the cap just in case. They also replaced my headlight bulb. All this for just the bulb replacement. I trust these guys and have been taking my vehicles there since about 2001 or there about.

a last minute decision took me to my special location of Big O Tires as one of my headlight bulbs was out... they took care of me and the price was even better... A great place with a great customer service... and always with a smile. Thank you!

I have been going to this Big-O-Tire location on Bell Ave. near 59th and 67th Ave. in Glendale for 15 years now. They are very trustworthy and don't sell you services that are not necessary, unlike the dealerships! My parents and sons also go to Big-O for their service needs as well. I can recommend them without any hesitations.

Excellent experience. Staff explained everything, including an alignment problem they fixed. Estimated time was also very accurate so I knew what to expect.

I went in for an alignment on my daughter's car. They took care of it and then found a problem with her tires. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me a reasonable way to fix it. They cared about keeping her safe.
