What a knowledgeable and outstanding staff/team! They ALL vastly exceeded my expectations. They did as good as or a better job than my BMW Dealership! You know I'll be back!!!

All the work agreed on was completed, with no surprises. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was done within a decent time frame. All extra issues and concerns we had with my vehicle prior to taking it to the shop were addressed and resolved. Overall another great experience with Big O.

I showed up without an appointment (again) and was taken care of right away. The work needed was explained in detail, and the price quoted was exactly what was the final cost became. My vehicle was checked out for safety and my fluid levels were topped off. The work was completed in less time than expected. It's a pleasure to work with the people at this location because I always walk away satisfied that the work was done right and for a competitive price.
