Top notch. Service over and above what you would expect. We all want what we pay for. These guys actually go the extra mile. I had some special requests, the guys at Big-O did not even hesitate. Your team was exceptionally courteous from Dan, Rick and Wilson. A big thank you for the mechanic (s) that worked on my vehicle. Dan was knowledge of what the problem was and took time to explained in detail what was causing it and how it would be fixed. Rick was awesome!! He kept me well informed about the work needed on my vehicle, and I felt like he was honest about what my vehicle really needed in order to run safely and efficiently and what I could wait a little bit to pay for. I usually dread having to get my car repaired or oil changes done because I always feel like I'm pressured to buy more services than I really need or like I'm not being dealt with fairly. I really appreciate that Rick was nice, friendly, and willing to take the time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for maintenance and repairs and recommend your business to my friends and family. Thanks so much :)

Made appointment via internet. Was called by Rick within 5 mins of appointment. Did not have the tires I needed in stock, but he stated he could get them within 5 days. Once the tires arrived he called me personally to schedule the appointment. I was in and out in less than two hours which was important since I left work early and needed to get back. Very happy with the customer service and quality of product.
