Big O Tires

I had cooling and heating service work today and the service was great Brad had everything done ahead of quoted time, the work to be done was explained thoroughly. I am very pleased and will come again.

The service we received was better than expected. They explain in detail your exact needs. We were never pressured for an "up sale". They put customer service and safety before making a buck. The cleanliness of the shop and the knowledge of the technicians was a pleasant surprise for a rural area. They treat every customer with respect regardless of gender/mechanical knowledge. Fast service and friendly staff.

I'm on a road trip from California in my Jeep. Got new tires at Big O before I left. Felt a little shaking at highway speeds, so took it over to the Big O here in Miami/Globe. Dropped in without appointment and they put it on the rack and rebalanced the tires. Out in a half hour, and they had other customers there as well. Back on the road....

I just want to,let u know I keep going back because Anthony Avalos is one of the best sales men they have on the floor. If they ever get rid of him I will drive to Mesa for tires. His very out going talks to u and tests u awesome. U want to go back, and he knows ur name or face everytime! Than u Anthony Avalos

Any Big O.The employees were courteous and very quick to get me in and get my tires rotated and balanced.They even informed me of an issue I had with a bent wheel.The floor manager suggested I look online for a replacement to save me some money.Will definitely go back again for service with these guys!! Two thumbs up.

I always buy my tires from Big O Tires and as always big o brand. I always purchase the big o brand tires that are all terrain because I do a lot of off road riding as much as on highway traveling. THANK YOU BIG O TIRES

I have gone to Big O for years for my tires and service. Always greeted at my car with a smile and a knowledgeable tech. I have had to have a few tires repaired for nails or such and they have never charged me. I only use Big O.

Just went for a repair on a low tire and they were super speedy and everyone was friendly! Definitely plan to return!

THE SERVICE IS GREAT

I went to have them check all my tires and they found them all needing replaced. So they replaced them all and did an alignment and I drove off very happy.

I believe the mechanic that did my alignment was named Dan, he was very professional and knowledgeable. His shift was supposed to be ending but he stayed to work on my truck which I greatly appreciate.
