I had bought two tires in December and needed to buy the other two this July. When I went up to pay the man that had been helping me showed me that I had been charged for a protection plan that already came with the tires I bought so essentially I had been double charged back in December. He showed me that and credited the money back to me and kept it from happening on the ones I bought in July. It is nice to see people catching random mistakes and being good at their jobs. I appreciate it and that's why I will continue to do business here.

The first girl I talked to about the side wall of my tire told me it was all covered under warrenty but then talking with javiare and anthony it just had to be prorated and they gave me a great deal. I dont know if she was new but was a little frustrating getting misinformation.
