Big O Tires

Came in with a screw in a rf tire, wasn't sure if it could be repaired. Service writer got me right in and tech was able to repair it. Asked service writer for a quote on a new set of tires since they're getting to were I need to start thinking about it next year. Definitely will give your store serious consideration for the purchase.

They were prop and courteous and the work seem to be very good on my Nissan path finder.

We had to have a tire replaced on one of our trailers. Service was quick and competent as usual. Thank you. We get almost all of our tires from Big O. My one and only complaint is that sometimes you are so busy we have to wait and for my service business, I have to keep my service trucks running. Unfortunately we had to use the other tire company in town in order to keep up with our service calls.

My time is very limited, when I called asking about tires Anthony told me he cpuld get me in right away. I was greeted at my car, he took my keys and got my car in right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very impressed, outstanding customer service! Fast and friendly.

I am overall happy with my services at big o' tires. I guess you really do pay for what you get. I've brought my vehicle in multiple times and even though it costs a pretty penny from time to time, I can truly see/feel the difference they do. You guys do a wonderful job and I will keep going there as long as I keep getting good/reliable service!

As always the service i received was outstanding, unlike most shops i know when i go to Big O i wont be sold things i don't need.

It wasn't bad.

I was greeted and my vehicle was taken care of immediately relative to the amount of people being taken care of. The man, an older gentleman, was cognizant of the amount of tread and wear on the tires as he mentioned I still had a reasonable amount of rubber left, my tires were rotated in the amount of time as he predicted and I was on my way. Experience again is semblance of good service.
