Got a flat while on my way home from Showlow and had to stop and get a new tire before heading all the way home. Got in and out in 30 minutes. I was positive that we'd be stuck there for over an hour before we even arrived. Really glad they got us out when they did.

I was impressed by the friendliness and expertise of your people. The only bad thing was I was unable to get my front end aligned due to the fact that your equipment would not fit my car. I was told that my car was too old (20 years old)

I'm a fairly new Divorced female, and very unfamiliar with cars and maintenance. I've gone to Big O in Globe several times and each and every time I was treated with utmost respect, and everyone there takes the time to show me where and what needs to be worked on,besides regular maintenance, I've had to change tires, and again,they show me why I need to replace a tire. I have no complaints whatsoever!

I had very specific needs in how the tires were mounted and balanced, they did exactly what I needed

Our wait time was too long; arrived at 0905 and was finally done at 1240. I requested an Invoice and haven't receive it yet; Mario had attempted to send it via phone but there was no attachment.

Tires and service was great as in the past, But when I got home and was checking out my tires I found that the fender skirt on the drivers side had been damaged, 3 inch long gouge in the paint clear down to the metal

Manager greeted me and I asked if there were any rebate specials at the time on tires as I needed 6 for my motor home and knew it would be expensive. I got a very resounding NO, and felt that my money was the only issue he was interested in with courtesy not being in the mix. The installation process of the new tires was fast and courteous. When I returned to pay the bill the same manager acted as though I were a bother to him and walked away, as he was sendingme to the cashier, who WAS courteous. I have delt with BIG O in Tucson/Marana and my business has always been appreciated and courtesy a priority.

We had a flat tire 15 miles south of Globe and the tow truck arrived around 4pm loaded our car up and headed back to Globe to your store. We called on the way because we knew we would get there close to closing time. I talked to Walker and he said to come on in that they would stay open and take care of us. We got there 10 min before closing. He and the staff were all very nice and welcoming!!! They stayed and got us a new tire and back on the road by 5:30pm. We were very gratefull!!! I've been to other tire shops in Tucson that won't help you if it's 30 min before closing cause they already have customers. Your team in Globe deserves to be recognized for their service!!! Thank you!
