Big O Tires

I'm very disappointed in store manager the store was supposed to open at 7:30 and they didn't get there till 8:30 and they didn't even offer any kind of discount for me seating there for an hour to wait for them to open!!!

Customer service was ok. I was never offered any free alignment check which would have been great since I purchased $440.00 for 3tires and within the year purchased a single tire from here for the same car! That's something I definitely could have used! Also when I was on the road I began to fishtail so I pulled into a gas station to check the tire pressure and the psi of each tire was different 39, 42, 45, 44! The psi on the tires is 44! What is that all about I could have been in a accident going through mountain roads on a windy day! Never had a bad experience here before now I don't know if I can trust your team. I'm a woman and I need my mechanics to be honest and trustworthy not to take advantage and cut corners!

after the experience the tie rod fell apart and I had to reinstall the part to get home and the alignment I had to pay for went to waste its drivable but not going to for awhile

When i am in for just new tires, I do not like them checking out other parts of my truck, for "possible" problems.

Just like the last time I was there, it took twice as long as what I was told. Both times I arrived around 8:15am. And just like last time, I had to go to the front to get my car and was forgotten about. I'm beginning to wonder if I should take my business somewhere else.

They were quick, efficient, kind and courteous. I was very pleased.

Positive: they checked and added Nitrogen to my 4 Big O tires. good job I told them I had vibration at 70 MPH and asked them to check the balance of my 4 tires. Not sure, but I think they said that they checked the front 2 tiers....POOR! They talked me into having the wheel alignment checked for free......OK. They found 2 wheels, one front and one back that needed adjusting for $50.....ok. On my recent 1000 mile trip, I still get the same vibration between 65 and 85 MPH........Very BAD! So, I am very disappointed with my service in Globe Big O.

My husband recently went in to get our tires rotated on my 2005 Ford Expedition and the tire guy (Carlos) told him that we had cracks on our tires. He refused to rotate them. My husband left. My husband checked the tires and didn't see any cracks. Not sure why he didn't rotate them.

Went in to get a front end alignment, I made it clear to the employee helping me that I had the steering stabilizer bushings replaced as well as all the shocks not even a month ago. After waiting about 10 minutes I was told it couldn't be done because of worn out parts... understandable, however when they handed over their ridiculously overpriced estimate of $2100.00 I thought to myself... "yeah right" & threw out any credibility of their trustworthiness due to the fact that new shocks were included in the estimate after telling them I just replaced them. Mechanical services are overpriced to begin with, dishonesty and driving up unnecessary costs for parts NOT needing replacement shouldn't be added. Just another business scamming people & trying to take whatever $$$ they can.

The service, and quality of Big O tires is awesome they did an amazing job on the car.

Deceptive crew of employees, tried convincing me to spend over $2,000 to replace ac parts when all i needed was a routine $150 service. Even tried persuading me to apply for in house credit on the spot to secure my money.

I recently bought new tires for my Yukon. They ordered what I requested and had them on my SUV in minimum time. This week I needed a specialized battery which they had in stock. They installed it while I waited in the car. Excellent service.
