One of my lug nuts was loose.went in for tire repair.they wanted to argue with me and say they tighten all of them.

They were rude and they lied to me .

I don't know how this place is 4.9 stars, I'm from the area and that is the worst place to take your vehicle, I don't feel like going into detail but please people big o in globe sucks!!!!!

During yesterdays horrible storm, coming down the hill into Globe several rocks were on the side of the highway.....one was ran over by our front right tire, making a leak, showing low pressure on our front dash....making it into Big O WITH close time within minutes........the mgr. Anthony Avalos was soooooo kind.......out of the rain we were ushered into the lobby while t hey mounted a new tire, plus new wind shield wipters and home ward bound to Tonto Basin we headed.......THANK YOU BIG O AND ANTHONY for being so kind to two thankful women

The first time I went to big o and they kept my take offs and told me they put them in the trunk. When I called about it they told me they didn't have them anymore that was the next day. One month later I needed a tire repair they repaired it and my hubcap fell off. They told me it must have fell off but they put it on and that it was my fault. They still have not got back to me about either one of my issues.

Went in for the free rotate and balance. Had to have it redone elsewhere as the car bounced and was driving strange. Also had the alignment check and they came and told me it needed to be aligned but that I had to pay $60 for the tool to do it but don't get to keep the tool. Walked across the street to Autozone and can borrow the tool but the other store I went to for a rebalance and alignment, they had the tool and fixed me right up. Every time I have something done at the Globe Big O, something is wrong. One time they left the oil cap off and oil went everywhere, the other time they broke my rings on my wheels. Sorry but I won't return to this Big O!!!

After hitting a rock on US 60/ AZ 77 at 5:30 am Friday, June 22 and occurring 2 flat tires, AAA flat beded us to Big O Tire - Walker had a bay ready for us, but upon removing the flats found that both rims were badly damaged. Rick went to Mesa to get rims but found they were the wrong size. As we were on our way to Arkansas for a family reunion, we were able to rent a car from Enterprise just across the street. Walker, Rick, Anthony and all the employees worked on finding us rims which were eventually ordered from the Ford warehouse in Ontario, California which were lost in transit. They arrived in time for our return, car fixed and we arrived safely home - many thanks to all who assisted in this impossible project.

The wait time for an alignment was almost three hours! When the service only took 15 mins to do was ridiculous!

I got an email reminder for my oil change. Love the ability to make an appointment because I live 25 miles away and going in and being in line on first come first served basis is inconvenient. Anyway, I made my appointment. HOWEVER, when I got my receipt I was charged an extra $14 for better quality oil. My issue is that I was not asked what type of oil I wanted to use. I wasn't given the choice of using the better oil. So instead of $30 oil change I ended up paying $60. I did get a new air filter but it was only $15.00. I probably won't go back.

My truck broke down christmas night on the way I home. I live in Gilbert. So i left my truck overnight at Big O and called in the morning. I told the guy (Anthony) that it was my alternator that is bad. I'm not a mechanic but it was obvious. Next day I call them and he says oh its just the battery, alternators fine. So I drive down to globe pay 160 bucks for a new a battery after Big O informed they "ran every test." Well as soon I get to Gilbert I notice my battery gage is dwindling and I knew it was going to break down again and it did. So now i have to get it towed but this time I take to Big Two Toyota. They tell me within 30 minutes I need a new alternator and a serpentine belt. Luckily my warranty covered the labor, but I feel like I was screwed out of 160 bucks from Big O for a battery that lasted me an hour cause they were either A. Too lazy to do their due diligence or B. Too ignorant. Either way I want my money back for my battery and I hope somebody reads this and takes this seriously.

Big O Tires has always been good to me here in Globe Arizona. They have Nice sales people and they are knowledgeable in what they do.

I was sold 4 tires 225/45R18 95W Delinte DH2 XL A/S. my cost with an oil change 641.16. The tires Installed on my car 225/45Z18 Wal-Mart sells that tire for about 60 each. I have asked for a full refund. I drive a 2016 tc scion. I refused to do anything but a full refund with a mistake like that I don't trust this company to do anything on my car! not sure if the company will be refunding my money or if I have to take time to fight this!
