Big O Tires

Got an oil change and tire rotation. When my husband lifted to hood to double check that everything was as it should be, he found oil everywhere on the motor. Cost us $6.00 to power wash it and there are still oil hand prints on my hood. Staff is friendly and all but we will not go there again.

I get good service there but not really this time. I didn't know my synthetic oil last at least 5000 miles. The guy didn't tell me until after he did my oil change. He should have told me before he did it. It was barely at 2000 miles so I still had good oil that got changed.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful especially Mike who is the main mechanic I dealt with. He was very patient in explaining what was wrong and how to correct it. Very knowledgeable. They quickly fixed my car.

They Honored the Road hazzard warranty with out hhesitation and gave me a brand new tire!

I wasn't able to take my car in, but my cousin did and after finding me on the computer everything was taken car of. My cousin received excellent service and all the tires were checked and rotated. This is very important to me because I drive the car and need it to be in very good condition especially when I have my family in the car.
