You guys are amazing! Your owner is such a friendly man, although he has lots of grey hair relative to his age.

Big O in Globe is a small town store so it seems like everybody knows each other. Very friendly.

From the minute I arrived with my car explaining the problem- they took it right in and had it looked at. Explained to me what the problem was and that they needed to order the parts. Explained what each one was and how much it was going to cost. Then when I brought it back once the parts were in until it was fixed everyone was awesome.

They went out of their way to help us get back on the road quickly to continue on our trip. They are very kind and compassionate.

This Big O has a qualified, friendly staff and the prices are always competitive.

I had bought two tires in December and needed to buy the other two this July. When I went up to pay the man that had been helping me showed me that I had been charged for a protection plan that already came with the tires I bought so essentially I had been double charged back in December. He showed me that and credited the money back to me and kept it from happening on the ones I bought in July. It is nice to see people catching random mistakes and being good at their jobs. I appreciate it and that's why I will continue to do business here.

The first girl I talked to about the side wall of my tire told me it was all covered under warrenty but then talking with javiare and anthony it just had to be prorated and they gave me a great deal. I dont know if she was new but was a little frustrating getting misinformation.

They are always friendly and upfront if there’s any problems that I did not know. Pricing is great. Never have to wait long periods of time. And always a smile.

Came in with a screw in a rf tire, wasn't sure if it could be repaired. Service writer got me right in and tech was able to repair it. Asked service writer for a quote on a new set of tires since they're getting to were I need to start thinking about it next year. Definitely will give your store serious consideration for the purchase.

Brandon, Anthony, and the rest of the Big O Tires team were simply fantastic. My shocks and struts needed replacement. They even mended a tire without question. I will be back for more quality products and services.
