Great customer service.

I was extremely impressed with one of your service techs. After a few hours of work on my Durango, I had paid, had my keys and was headed out the door. Suddenly the tech called my name and told me that he saw my car on the alignment rack and wasn’t sure they rotated my tires. I would never have noticed, but it was important to him. I had told him I was in a hurry to an appointment, but he checked and found out they forgot it (no problem… mistakes happen). He told me he’d get it done in 5 minutes, cleared a bay, and got it done. Most people would have let me go, but not him. His integrity and honesty would not let that happen. This is the kind of guy that knows customer service and should be rewarded. Michael Avalos. As a walk-in customer I thought the customer service was very friendly and the service was outstanding.

We had a flat tire 15 miles south of Globe and the tow truck arrived around 4pm loaded our car up and headed back to Globe to your store. We called on the way because we knew we would get there close to closing time. I talked to Walker and he said to come on in that they would stay open and take care of us. We got there 10 min before closing. He and the staff were all very nice and welcoming!!! They stayed and got us a new tire and back on the road by 5:30pm. We were very gratefull!!! I've been to other tire shops in Tucson that won't help you if it's 30 min before closing cause they already have customers. Your team in Globe deserves to be recognized for their service!!! Thank you!

JUST DROP IN AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME CAR HAD A FEW MORE PROBLEMS THAN I THOUGHT ALL GOOD NOW
