The people were very helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to make sure you had the issues you had resolved. Only issue I have is for 4 Tires on my 6" lifted 2018 Fi50 Black Widow edition is it cost me over 2000 dollars for tires and road hazard which in my opinion is a bit crazy... even with the great service. So unfortunately I will be looking to purchase tires else where and possibly having your people install them. due to locations you have are great and I need to be able to have service all over the country side !

Service took a while but was able to get brakes done. Waited 3 hrs.

I recently bought new tires for my Yukon. They ordered what I requested and had them on my SUV in minimum time. This week I needed a specialized battery which they had in stock. They installed it while I waited in the car. Excellent service.

Awesome people!

I went in for low tire pressure on my car. Mia started helping me by putting air in the tires. On the left back tire, it wouldn't take air, so she called another Tech to help. He discovered that the problem was probably a sensor. During that time, another guy was cleaning my windshield, it was very dirty. They got my car into the bay right away and put 2 new tires on, I did need some new tires. Also a new sensor. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Anthony was very nice as well. I enjoy the service here in this town and they will always have by business. Thank you so much!

During yesterdays horrible storm, coming down the hill into Globe several rocks were on the side of the highway.....one was ran over by our front right tire, making a leak, showing low pressure on our front dash....making it into Big O WITH close time within minutes........the mgr. Anthony Avalos was soooooo kind.......out of the rain we were ushered into the lobby while t hey mounted a new tire, plus new wind shield wipters and home ward bound to Tonto Basin we headed.......THANK YOU BIG O AND ANTHONY for being so kind to two thankful women
