After hitting a rock on US 60/ AZ 77 at 5:30 am Friday, June 22 and occurring 2 flat tires, AAA flat beded us to Big O Tire - Walker had a bay ready for us, but upon removing the flats found that both rims were badly damaged. Rick went to Mesa to get rims but found they were the wrong size. As we were on our way to Arkansas for a family reunion, we were able to rent a car from Enterprise just across the street. Walker, Rick, Anthony and all the employees worked on finding us rims which were eventually ordered from the Ford warehouse in Ontario, California which were lost in transit. They arrived in time for our return, car fixed and we arrived safely home - many thanks to all who assisted in this impossible project.

We've gone to them for many years now for all our car needs, whether it be for new tires, oil changes, battery issues. Always have great service, prices are reasonable and time spent there is reasonable for the jobs needed.

I was very satisfied because as soon as I arrived someone came out to greet me. Big O checked out my purchase on computer. Big O put on new tires right away. I have always been satisfied with the attention that Big O employees give me.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful especially Mike who is the main mechanic I dealt with. He was very patient in explaining what was wrong and how to correct it. Very knowledgeable. They quickly fixed my car.

Anthony Avalos got my truck in for a wheel alignment right away and gave me a $40 coupon so I was able to get the year warranty for the six month warranty price. I did not share this with Anthony but a different tire shop tried 3 times to align my tires but were unable to. Anthony and his team got them aligned the first try. Anthony also gave me follow up call the next day to see if my truck was driving the way it was designed. Outstanding. I will never take my vehicles elsewhere just to save a few dollars.

Good service! Need not say more! Had a break problem, come to find out it was a front hub. Lucky thay found it before my tire fell off! Good job Big-O!!
