Big O Tires

I wasn't able to take my car in, but my cousin did and after finding me on the computer everything was taken car of. My cousin received excellent service and all the tires were checked and rotated. This is very important to me because I drive the car and need it to be in very good condition especially when I have my family in the car.

Just want to sent a shout out to Javier Garcia, because of his awesome and courteous service. we were able to return home the very next day. We were on way back home when are RV tire started to separate and created a very rough ride. My family and I had to stay at a local hotel for the night, as no one was opened on the Sunday. I call Big O first thing on Monday morning, and was lucky to get Javier Garcia as my service rep, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Javier immediately asked me to bring the vehicle in for a tire replacement. Do to the fact that it was dangerous to drive it home. I have dealt with lots of tire shops before and none by far have been in the same league as Big O. Thanks again for all the help. Please keep Javier on board...
