Customer service was great! People were nice!

I came into the store 5 minutes before closing with a blown tire and my car stuck on the side of a road. I was only expecting that they would take it and I would be able to pick it up the next day. But the staff said, they couldn't leave me stranded and fixed right then to get me back on the road. I have always used this location because they have always done a good job, but then exceeded my expectations on how they took care of me. I had the other 3 tires serviced the next morning when I could get the car in, and again, they were great. They got me in, and done in a timely, professional, and courteous way. I appreciated the great customer service.

Came in for tires and left with updated service on everything else. (Air filters, breaks, oil.) they topped me up with window cleaner and my car runs like it did when I bought it.

Such a pleasure. ALL the counter guys were respectful and wanting to help. I had talked with Steve ( the new guy) the day before, but was told we had to order my battery and anyone of the service guys he worked with would take care of me. Advised me of the complete install, although I only needed the part. I have Big-O tires on my other vehicle, and have just moved here less than a year. Good to know a place with proffessional people that don’t treat a woman wrong still excist. I WILL BE BACK!

We go to Big O because we trust their work. Their associates are very friendly and efficient. Paul usually helps us. We do feel that we get great deals and in the end we get great repairs and service.

This is the second vehicle I have brought to Big O and the service and prices are awesome. The gentleman at the counter were pleasant and very helpful. William was very helpful and listened to my issues and he really cared about helping me.

I have been dealing exclusively with Big O since my relocation to Arizona in 2000. My first was at the location in Lake Havasu, where I lived, and now in Maricopa where I moved to 6 years ago. I have been to other locations for tire repair, etc., and have had the same treatment at each location I have been to. Thank You for the consistency in your treatment of your clients, and especially the treatment, help and information that is given to me!!!

I had great interaction with both Stephen White and Paul Mack. They stayed until the job was done and I never felt rushed or that I wasn’t getting a quality job done on my vehicle.
